Wonderful location & a recently reimagined Parisian Brassiere. No real lobby and rooms are in need of renovation or upgrades. Staff are welcoming. Gym really needs attention.

Despite some construction the hotel seems to be undergoing, the hotel was in great shape and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal being so close to Central Park and the theatre district. We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros (+) Good location
Cons (-) Dated hotel, staff unorganized with poor systems which meant lots of miscommunication, service quality not up to par for a LM.
Pros (+) Room was nice . Room service was prompt . Staff was helpful and accomodating when engaged. Overall a good experience
Cons (-) Doorman were a bit preoccupied with their own conversations the forst day. 2nd and third were much better
Pros (+) Very friendly, responsive staff. Great location.
Cons (-) The superior king room we had was very small, like Paris hotel room small. The bed could have been firmer
Pros (+) Great location, just steps from Central Park, shopping, restaurants, etc. Nice decor.
Cons (-) The $25 fee per guest. Really? What a rip off. BUT, it includes free wifi! And a bottle of water! Many hotels offer wifi and water for free to anyone that signs up for their loyalty/rewards program (which is free!) You do get a $10 credit, though, which can be used to purchase a $20 drink on the roof top. Stop gaming your customers.
