Pros (+) Lobby had a beautiful fireplace
Cons (-) The room wasn’t very clean. Some things updated, but lacked simple updates like shower and door frames.

Pros (+) Location was good. Lobby was nice. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Heater worked well.
Cons (-) Building seemed in need of updating. A portion of our room had no carpet and the subfloor was visible. Room smelled of disinfectant or something. Electrical outlet in bathroom defunct. Only one tissue in dispenser.

Pros (+) I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which was really nice! The workers are all very nice and hospitable! I would suggest staying here to anyone. Close to the aquarium, beach, historic bay front, and plenty of shops and restaurants also.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, room was clean and it was well located.
Cons (-) Hot tub wasn't working and the beds were really uncomfortable. We aren't high maintenance people but they were pretty solid and firm.

Pros (+) Beds are always comfy, like the microwave and fridgie in the room, room size is always generous however, the carpet in the room had large brown spots on it, the elevator was a tight squeeze and slow, and the walls could use some new paint. We could also only get one seat in the breakfast room so my sister had to stand and eat.

Pros (+) What was not to like. This is not our first time staying at the hotel. We come up every year from California and this is always the place we stay at. Everyone is always nice and it's always clean.
