Pros (+) This is a hotel that my best friend and I have been coming to for 15 years and everything works well and the cleaning staff are excellent.
Cons (-) our receptionist was not very helpful, telling us that we didn't have a reservation - which was confirmed by the hotel the previous day! may be she was having a bad day
