Pros: It is modern with lovely views, lots of help from Yolonda and herd. Many of the facilities were included in price e.g. laundry facilities, wellnesssuit, parking etc.
Cons: Leaving to come home
Pros: All is perfect for family or friends holidays in Tyrol !
Pros: We enjoyed a wonderful skiing holiday at Residenz Drachenstein in January 2018. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was wonderfully equipped for two families (4 adults - 3 children). We were greeted by extremely friendly staff and were sorry to leave!
Cons: A little trek, all up hill, to the ski schools, lifts and shops. You can get taxis or store your equipment at the top of the hill - but we enjoyed the work out each day! Get a sledge and it is fun coming back!
Pros: Everything is perfect. Well equipped rooms. Ski room, parking, sauna - all is great.
Cons: Would be great to have a choice of in-house breakfast place.
Pros: Everything was super except small details
Cons: Highly appreciate if soup in the bathroom would be presented as its necessary in first minute after entrance. Bath robe would be good to have in rooms.
Pros: Brand new - very clean
Cons: Bit of a hike up the service road to town with children under 7, could do with a more direct path
Pros: Excellent hosts, in an excellent facility, in an excellent location. Everything is clean, modern and well appointed. Parking right by the entrance door. Ski and snowboard storage is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them to look into if you have an issue.
Cons: Its not next door to my house in the UK. Seriously though I have not one single thing I didn't like about the entire experience.
Pros: Our stay was perfect. The house is hiper confortable. The staff was so nice. They brought us fresh bread every morning, led us to hte amazing restaurante Glenie's were we had dinner almost every night and were always there. The house was spaciuos and cosy. We really recomend it.
Cons: No comments at all.
When you stay at Hotel Schneeberger Superior in Wildschoenau, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 5-minute drive of Markbachjoch Cable Car and Bergbauern Museum. Featured amenities include luggage storage and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very good location, quiet and relaxed, apartment has all the basics and the hotel was always available to mitigate any minor issue
Cons: kitchen smoke exhaust fan is missing, if you cook you will need then to open windows to clean the air
Pros: EVerything, from the staff to the rooms everything was very very good. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location, good traditional food.
Cons: The parking lot was VERY icy.
Pros: I was here to attend a business meeting the following morning. I was able to get checked-in quite late. The breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking and the place was easy to find.
Cons: The room was quite noisy, not from the road but some machine or pump. The Bathroom was purely functional.
Cons: Dirty beds and floors.
Cons: empty reception
Pros: Was not there long enough to rate. However the staff was very helpful though we showed up with an additional person.
Cons: Were not there long enough to rate.
Pros: The room was quite nice and big, they brouht us an extra bed for my baby:) the location is ok but far from all,,,
Cons: The breakfast was very poor, very! The room was not cheap they could give more choice of food. The breakfast is finished at 9:30 we came at 9 and allmost all was empty. I was very dissapointed and wet to eat somewhere else
Pros: We stayed in the apartments (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel); the apartment was very centrally located and we could walk to the slopes in 2-3 minutes. We ate dinner in the Schneeberger hotel on our second night. The food was fine and there was a nice atmosphere. Christian and his wife were very friendly.
Offering ski-to-door access and a ski school, Kristall Plaza is situated in Niederau in the Tyrol Region. There is a public pool nearby and guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Markbachjochbahn is 100 metres away. All units feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony. All units have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and coffee machine are also featured. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or a drink at the bar of Glennie's Resto & Bar. Ski equipment can be hired in shops near the property and the area is popular for skiing and horse riding. You can engage in various activities, such as cycling and hiking. Lanerköpflbahn is 400 metres from Kristall Plaza. The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, 60 km from Kristall Plaza.
Pros: Nicely decorated, modern and stylish
Cons: We had our biggest disappointment shock when the front desk lady pointed out that our apartment does not have access from the main lobby, but it’s actually around the corner of the building, with access from outside, in front of the parking lot. In addition to that, we discovered that our apartment was in the basement of the building, with the windows at the level of the street. The view offered by these windows were nothing else but the wheels of the passing cars. No view, no sun ever! Obviously, the apartment was nothing like the apartments depicted on the website…When we explained to the hosts that the pictures showed on the Booking site were totally misleading, they replied abruptly that we should go an argue about that with Booking.com. Poor sleeping conditions, uncomfortable mattresses, big dust bunnies under the bed, no cleaning suplies, no garbage bags. The apartment does not have in-floor heating as advertised on Booking.com. You can see the heating elements under the windows in the attached pictures. Kristall Plaza is indeed located at the base of the Niederau ski slope but I wouldn’t consider that as a big advantage since the slope is mediocre to say the least, and quite expensive for what it offers. If you are into decent skiing, you’ll have to go to the Auffach ski piste, a few kilometers away. I recommend the owners to update the advertisement of this apartment to clearly identify all the relevant differences from your typical apartments or to specifically show pictures of this particular apartment. This is the only way you will avoid customer frustrations in the future. Important lesson: If Kristall Plaza advertises an apartment on Booking.com and if they don’t specifically mention “view” or “balcony”, then it’s very likely that the apartment is in the basement!! In conclusion, had we known from the beginning that our apartment is in the basement of the building and had we known how these people treat their customers, we would’ve looked elsewhere.
