How is the cleanliness of the hotel?
The hotel is very clean, with all the facilities inside.

The experience is upsetting. The first room I stayed was really low valued. There’s hair on the shower room and the conditioner wasn’t clean. There’s a door connected with another room, although the door was locked, it was still terribly noisy even after 12am. The staff asked me to move to another room, but didn’t tell me that they’re going to bring my stuffs the next morning, and they also didn’t bring the key, so I walked twice back to take my things after moving to new room. The good thing is the second room was clean and soundproof was good.
