Pros: A stunningly beautiful place, the staff were incredible and so welcoming. Thoroughly recommend that you barbecue at the spring, you won't regret it one bit.
Cons: My only qualm would be the cost once you are there. You pay for the amazing location and facilities but the food and drink once you are could have been more affordable considering you have nowhere else to go.
Cons: I was poisonned because of the water placed in the expresso machine in our room. I was in a very serious condition, however I had to really insist for the staff getting me a doctor. Spend two days suffering in the room. The only gesture the hotel did was offering a bowl of rice. When we’ve finally left, they even failed to call a cab in time for our train and didn’t propose to give us a ride with the hotel’s car. That was our experience at Ninh Van Bay.
Pros: The rooms were incredible! Loved the beds, outdoor bath. Had wonderful attention from the Executive Chef & Property Manager. Breads & pastries fantastic!
Cons: Would have liked more activities, such as paddle boarding & sailing.
Pros: The location was amazing but you are stuck on the island and can’t get off u less you pay USD 100. The staff once on the island were amazing very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Great beach and activities and lovely pool.
Cons: I felt at any opportunity they were trying to make Extra money. They provide a free boat transfer to and from the island when you arrive and depart just tried to charge USD 50 on arrival stating it was a change of policy. The front desk needs a little more work on customer service.
Pros: It was paradise!
Pros: Stunning retreat resort with amazing staff, facilities and private villas. We were looking forward to staying here and it managed to exceed our expectations. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were attentive without being overbearing. The bay (sea) view villa was fantastic, comfortable and well designed. Great transfers to and from the resort. Although the resort is a retreat style the activities program was great and there was plenty to keep us occupied during our 5 night stay.
Cons: Prices (food, drinks etc.) were more expensive than other resorts, but this was expected given the style of resort & quality of the offering.
Pros: This place is absolutely incredible. A private paradise far from the beeping horns of Vietnam
Cons: Nothing- it was perfect.
Pros: Location and tree top room so beautiful, food was excellent, staff very helpful.... Airport pick up service excellent but not the drop off unfortunately.
Cons: The Spa needs a massive improvement, also you can only get internet 30 minutes a day,the resort return drop off service was very poor, i was so tirsty for one hour because they provide us very warm water, infact the pick up service was excellent!!!!
Pros: Full privacy and wonderful rooms. The architecture of the retreat is unique and amazing. The staff are very welcoming and would go out of their way to help you. The atmosphere is very nice and brings a calm and relaxing vibe.
Cons: There isn't a lot of activities to do while you stay at the retreat. Construction works started very early in the morning and was noisy. Tours around the city are pretty expensive and it's difficult to go see the city. Food is decent but not great.
Pros: The villa with private pool was amazing. The housekeeping was very discreet & done whilst we had breakfast in the restaurant. The bed was huge and comfortable and faced looking out to see. Drinking water was provided free of charge in the room and with meals. The food was delicious and fresh with plenty of options on the menu. The restaurant itself is an architectural work of art. We didn’t take up any of the excursions on offer as we loved the villa so much!
Cons: The cocktails weren’t great in the happy hour.
When you stay at Some Days Of Silence Resort & Spa in Ninh Hoa, you'll be near the beach and steps from Doc Let Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful gardens, stunning common spaces, great food. Staff friendly and informal.
Pros: Silent, quiet, performance, all stuff was friendly, lovely room, location, meal stuff all awesome!!!! Perfect for my relax. One who stay alone, but no problems. And there is girl who can speak Japanese a little bit. If you hope relaxing vacation then should stay there more 2night at least.
Cons: Too expensive fee for pick up and drop off. I can't understand that. And I wanted to add-on free drink option when lunch and dinner. Plus I hope dessert like ice cream or pudding, sherbet... And More except for fruits. Probably coz of least Japanese person who stay, couldn't exchange from yen to dollars and pay fee by yen. My room can't get WiFi connect. Room book is written "breakfast come with room" but in fact, at dinning.
Pros: Beautifully designed rooms, garden and pool area. So many lovely trees and plants and finishing touches everywhere. Lovely food and generous breakfast. Staff were sweet and left you to your own devices. The beach is super clean too. This is a really special place to stay.
Pros: Design was beautiful. Food was a set menu for steep prices but overall very good at communal table. Beautiful beach with too much plastic. That makes me sad.... no effort by the resort to clean it up.
Cons: Spa was not worth the name spa. Prices very high and quality low. Overall to overpriced. Dnagerous driver to the airport.
Pros: Staff is very helpful. The midday juices are a great treat. Food is tasty and varied. Complementary water, tea, coffee and fresh fruit available in the bedroom. Gardens are stunning. The work they put into the garden and swimming pool is remarkable. Teaming with birds and other wild life.
Cons: The laundry service is slightly overpriced
Pros: Location is good because away from the multitude of resorts along the beach; a good alternative to Eastern European mass tourism of Nha Trang Beautiful and charming design, simple but harmonious, very comfortable. Staff is very nice although service is bad because of no management All in all, a beautiful place managed by careless and absent people (owner is in Russia) who only try to squeeze money out of guests, leaving staff alone trying to do the best they can with no help or guidance
Cons: Staff is very nice but service is very bad because they are completely left alone by lack of management; everything has to “follow the rules” (which rules are very detrimental to customer experience), and anything falling outside of the frame leads to a wind of panic (and price surcharge) because there is no one with hospitality experience and authority to make the decision. Extra bed policy (which wasn’t communicated by staff beforehand) is scandalously expensive (more expensive than the price of the room) All in all, a beautiful place managed by careless and absent people (owner is in Russia) who only try to squeeze money out of guests, leaving staff alone trying to do the best they can with no help or guidance
Pros: This resort is by far my favorite around nhatrang i always return there and always have quiet and relaxing weekends.. staff is great food healthy simple and tasty every details bring nice feeling of peace and authenticity .. not another shiny fake marble place but lovely compositions of rough ancient material .. the garden is absolutely fantastic
Cons: The only thing to dislike is how this area getting popular over the time and how prices goes up as availability goes down .. success have some down side
Pros: Style Garden Beach Food The person who created this knows what he or she is doing
Cons: A bit far from a village The music during massage could have been better I would also offer a light less expensive lunch
Pros: A most beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and well treated garden. Fresh fruit was brought to the bungalow every day together with tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed and pleasant seating options inside and outside the house. The food was excellent. Generous portions, three-course breakfast, dinner and lunch every day - worth every krona!
Cons: The beach and ocean were not really appealing for swimming. A lot of garbage.
Pros: The sea is amazing and so is the incredibly long, white, sandy beach. There are very few hotels in the area, so there are few people around and it is very peaceful. The hotel has bungalow-like rooms set in a beautiful and tranquil garden. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept an average of 9 hours per night! The food (Vietnamese) is excellent. One can choose to have a full meal for 12 US$ per person (+ VAT) or share one meal for US$ 16 per person (+ VAT). One can also order some simple dishes which we did at lunch time. Wine starts at US$ 20 (+ VAT) per bottle and beer is 1 US$ (+VAT). The staff is super friendly and nice. They hardly speak English, but that was part of the charm of the place. The pool is OK (no baby pool) and the spa offers various treatments. A body massage costs US$ 25 (+ VAT) per hour.
Cons: As is common in Vietnam, the beaches are not very clean. So, although in front of the hotel the beach was clean, in the surrounding areas there was garbage. The sea is generally clean, but one does see plastic bags from time to time.

Pros: - The location (5min walk to the beach) - The owner, really nice man - very nice view from the window - the brekfast is really simple: biscuit, banana and banh mi eggs with coffee - quiet place
Cons: - The bed is really hard and not comfy - there is no hot shower but it wasn't a problem
Pros: Mr Chung was hands down the most hospitable host we have encountered in Vietnam. He goes out of his way to make his guests stay as good as it can be, from organising great value for money boat trips to recommending tasty places to eat. Light hotel is ideally located next to a beautiful beach. Ideal for a couple of days of relaxation away from the busy busy beaches in Nha Trang. The staff ultimately defined a place. And here they are top of the pile. Thanks Mr Chung
Pros: Owner was very nice and generous with the free beer and water.
Cons: Dirty bathroom, broken toilet seat, shower difficult to use without more hands air con extremely noisy and not very efficient, fan even noisier.
Pros: Chung is a fantastic hotelier. If all hotels had a guy like him, the world would be full of happy travelers and holidays. The beach The scenery Everything was wonderful
Cons: Maybe the shower could be adjusted to face down, rather than at the wall (not a complaint, just a very small suggestion) Please serve vietnamese coffee with breakfast :-)
Pros: Friendly owner who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a great one. Have him arrange a motorcycle so you can hit the road to explore jungle beach and beyond. Great aircon and clean rooms.
Pros: Amazing host Pasha this owner was unbelievably friendly he offers free breakfast he even offers cold beers to us he even lend us his Moto bike we were supposed to stay 3 nights and stayed 6 we just could not leave. The beach is amazing too and it’s only 7 minutes walk and there’s good massage place for 140000 vnd and a few restaurants option. Highly recommended!
Pros: Trung, the owner, is what makes this hotel superb. He offered me a beer on arrival and took me out to his local restaurant to try some authentic Vietnamese food. He goes way above and beyond for his customers. It's also a ten minute walk to the beach at Doc Let, which is a lovely spot.
Pros: Awesome host, awesome views from our room. Nice breakfast. Nice evening with other guests and the lovely host. Close to a really beautiful beach! We didn't have a chance but I'm sure the peninsula is worth exploring. Would always come again :)
Cons: It's a bit far from the next big city (Ninh Hoa) but a bus is available right outside, to be fair.
Pros: Throng is the best !! It’s was good place . Free beer , free rhum , free laundry . What else
Pros: The owner/operator? was extraordinarily helpful. The hotel was quiet and close(3 blocks) to the beach.
Cons: Lack of staff. A one man operation. A very sparse operation.

Pros: Good location. Bathroom is clean
Pros: Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros: What a wonderful staff, they were all so nice. They even invited me to eat lunch with them. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfy, i slept like a baby
Pros: Very nice hotel Thank you very much for the nice stay we had.
Cons: The electricity shuts down when we leave the room, even for the fridge
Pros: The hostel was perfect, very close from DOC LET beach, 2min walking. Very clean and beautiful. You can come if you want to stay in a very quiet place, and relax on the beach.
Pros: Friendly staff nice spacious room good value . Bus station right near hotel very handy
Cons: Patchy WiFi , not much around the hotel a couple of cafes , no kettle provided in the room, beach was 2 minutes away but too local wasn’t friendly.
Pros: Not much
Cons: They didn't have our booking, the owner had gone on holiday but fortunately a long term guest was able to assist in getting us a room. The hotel does not have views of the beach and you have to walk down the road to the beach entry. There is only marginal food available in local restaurants nearby.
Pros: Clean room close to the beach.
Cons: Nothing special. The design of the hotel is average.
Pros: Clean spacious and light room, nice view, comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. The owner of the hotel made us to feel very welcome and she arranged a lift to a nearby train station for us when we were leaving.
Cons: The scooter we rented onsite would deserve some maintenance.

At the hotel, the rooms come with a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. All rooms at TTC Resort Premium Doc Let have air conditioning and a wardrobe. The nearest airport is Tuy Hoa, 86 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
Pros: The location is INCREDIBLE. If you are up for slugging it a bit for two days on a magnificent beach, you should go for it. Bring entertainment too!
Cons: Let's be clear - this is NOT a resort in the sense most people would understand. The facilities/bungalows look like they have been badly damaged/destroyed in a storm and are seriously outdated. It is not very clean, so a no go if you are fussy about those things. The food is truly atrocious - bring your own snacks! I am generally a very easy to please type of customer, and I had a good general experience, but do not expect a spa or a resort. They also have day groups which mean a lot less privacy than they let you believe, although they were quite good at keeping these groups on one side of the beach only. Also, it seems they have changed name and are now called TTC Premium, which made it super hard to find for our taxi driver!
Pros: Bungalow is ok, but the rest is totally awful! An advice? DO NOT GO
Cons: Breakfast is a shame, birds are literrally drinking/eating on the buffet Personnel is not welcoming. Restaurant is very bad (food and place). We just wanted to enjoy the beach, but it is full of massive tourist coming with big bus. Noisy / crazy
Pros: The beautiful sea and beach, not much people.
Pros: Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Cable TV and quiet, working fridge and air conditioning unit.
Cons: The main issue is that the resort hosts 1000-2000 extra tourists EACH day. This means that the resort and beach are full of people. If this was made clear in the advertising, I would not have booked. The visiting tourists were using the beach, pool and restaurant. The pool water looked very cloudy and dirty (perhaps due to all the extra people using it). I wanted to book this place for privacy and quiet. This was not possible until the busloads of tourists left late in the afternoon. Restaurant food was terrible! Very poor quality and I hardly ate any of my 'included' breakfast. Also, they are building a new hotel for the resort onsite. This meant a lot of construction noise. Again, not very relaxing. Less than half a roll of toilet paper in room. This felt a bit cheap and measly given the price of accommodation.
Pros: Nice beach
Cons: Not clean
Cons: Furniture and toilets too old.
Pros: Best place in Doc Let. Quite and cozy place. Beach is just next to your lawn.
Cons: Really hard to book. Very popular place.
Pros: the location
Cons: hygiëne and everything old and broke
Pros: The staff were sweet and the beach is nice.
Cons: The place is a mess. Not well kept at all. It was maybe nice 30 years ago.
Pros: Breakfast is ok, nothing to brag about. Everything works in the bungalow. Pretty well-maintained landscape. Very calm ocean to swim and clean water to rinse off right off the beach.
When you stay at Wild Beach Resort & Spa in Ninh Hoa, you'll be near the bay and 14 minutes by car from Doc Let Beach. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Staff is just excellent!
Cons: Pool and other facilities can get busy due to day-passing tourists
Pros: The Breakfast was poor
Cons: Nice Landscape around , The beach is nice with few people . the the sea in June was super clean and quite non wave not so deep very good for children . Very nice for Romantic couple . I find the food in the Restaurant very good and with reasonable price .
Pros: We got a free shuttle from Nha Trang City to the hotel. The food is nice and there's a big buffet for breakfast. Very clean room. You get your own towel for the poolside.
Cons: The beach is dirty, because of the chinese tourists that come there everyday (in tons of buses) The laundry is way too expensive, because you have to pay for every single clothing separately (60k-100k for ONE ITEM) The staff doesn't speak English, except for the nice poolboy (he was very generous and helped us). A pool bar doesn't exist and neither does the snorkeling equipment nor the pool table. Construction site right next to and on the beach. The restaurant manager closed the kitchen and asked us to leave shortly after we've had dinner. The chinese tourists occupy the pool during the day, make a lot of noise and leave their trash.
Pros: Very relaxed. Staff very helpful and kind, especially Mr Vuong
Cons: Only the weather
Pros: I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Although the location is interesting and resort has a lovely beach - there were too many problems to fully enjoy our stay. Bathroom had free toiletries though and the open air bathroom was kind of cool. Early in the morning when there is only the resort guests the beach is nice and calm and you can enjoy the view while eating breakfast. Despite the problems we spent a nice Christmas there. However it has to be said that without a good sense of humour and an attitude that a reallyreally lousy service is actually also an experience, the result might be different.
Cons: During the daytime beach is crowded with daytrippers. There is no private beach area for resort guests. Staff hardly speaks any english and there are no services available. There were also problems with hot water (shower had none), airconditioning and electricity. Hotel description promised a lot of things from spa treatments and sauna to 24-hour room service but lacked even the most basic ones.
Pros: The beach, once we had driven through an industrial area etc. The rooms were large and quite clean. Nice pool.
Cons: Further out from Na Trang than led to believe, building works going on around us. A member of garden staff weeing up against the outside of the toilet bock wall in full view of us!!! Had to go to next door hotel for ice creams because ours had sold out - puddings on menu not available, our friend had a chicken meal with no chicken only bones . Our friends had a leak bubbling up under the floor of their room - they given another room but had to move everything without help ( the shower was broken in the second room) .
Pros: Comfortable room. Loved the brick interior and the view of the beach from the window was perfect. Great place to get away for a bit. Had the beach all to myself from about 4-7pm. there was a pretty loud dinner party on the beach going on until about 10pm though (Saturday night) and The next morning there where quite a few people on the beach next to the hotels around noon so peace and quite isn't guaranteed. Staff seemed nice. If you dont care about the pool and spa id really recommend this place for a few days escape. Free shuttle service back to Nha Trang.
Cons: Pool was drained, spa was closed.. Looks like they just started work on the pool so i'd expect it to be closed for awhile. Not sure about the spa because when i asked about it they just said there was no spa. I'm sure it will re open and be great in the future but if these matter to you you should call and verify with the property before going.. Bathroom could have been better. Looked like poop was on the toilet gun and the spare toilet paper was dropped in water
Pros: Beach. Male Staff at the pool was very kind, also the male waiter at the restaurant.
Cons: Within the area a lot of rubbish, old bottles, plastic and so on.. Nobody cares... Seem nobody sees it. Part of the hotel and beach is filled with Chinese people, and they even use the pool, even if they are not allowed to do so. They even stepped on our private veranda and took a foto session.. No respect! It is a huge long term mistake to look for those tourists and all other travellers from Europe, America and Australia will NOT COMW BACK. Staff at the restaurant was okay, only after boss came, it became better. When I requested a 2nd fruit juice for breakfast you should have seen their eyes... :-( First morning they offered "a la carte", 2nd was better, when they offered buffet, because of about 25 Chinese tourists.. Seems they are worth.. Haven't seen anything with could result in the word 'spa'. No idea where this comes from. Before I wanted to book I called them.. And the answer was "sorry. No English". And they hang up twice! :-(. Would it be not possible to look for someone around and call me back? Summery will be that I AM NOT SURPRISED, THAT THRRE WERE ONLY AROUND 6 TOURISTS before the Chinese came. The AC in the beach villa was not strong enough to cool down both room, so our doughter's room was to warm all night long. Seems management and staff has to learn a lot to reach the level of Thailand or the Philippines!!
Pros: view, location, staff
Cons: air conditioner didnt cool. resort was overrun with "side business" tourist day bus full of tourist on beach.
Pros: Great location, off busy places, stayed with french bulldog, she enjoyed our stay as much as we did!
When you stay at GM Doc Let Beach Resort & Spa in Ninh Hoa, you'll be steps from Doc Let Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: They have 2 swimming pools, the beach with chairs.... if you are looking for a location to stay for the pool and beach this is the spot. To visiting the city its a little far away
Cons: Staf that don't speak any word English. But they do sprak Russian. As forgeiner beside if you are Russian, you don't feel your self welcome. Even menu cards are translate in Russian! Matras with a bump in, not that comfortble. Fruit at breakfast was good but unfortunately not cooled so lot of flies on it
Pros: The Vietnamese staff were good
Cons: It seems to cater mainly for russians
Cons: breakfast and staff poor
Pros: The room was spacious and location on the beach was great
Cons: Maybe it was because i was a solo backpacker that the staff seemed disinterested, did not apologise for their mistakes and overall didn't feel comfortable. As breakfast buffets go, it wasn't impressive and the buffet dinner was ok. It looks like they tey to maintain a clean beach but the surroundings are dirty and didn't really make.me feel like.i wanted to spend anymore time than one day there.
Pros: The staff was super friendly.
Cons: Mostly unhappy russian customers and outdated resort. The breakfast was a lot of low quality food.
Pros: The room was excellent. The facilities were great. The beach was great except for a jelly fish invasion. The breakfast buffett was amazing along with the dinner restaurant.
Pros: Great value for money considering the epic location. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. Beach location was amazing.
Cons: The staff were a bit off with us, not sure if it's because we were backpacking and it's a resort. Breakfast was appallingly bad. Staff spoke very little English and when ordering an egg I was presented with a broth!
Pros: Good location, private beach. And hot shower!! Clean room.
Cons: Mostly stuff can't speak English, not friendly, and not kindly. They didn't explain at all even though dinner and breakfast!!!! Dinner and breakfast menu almost same. WiFi hardly conected at my room. Room phone was broken. Stuff came for repair but results didn't. Besides he went out from my room silent. It's joke, right?? Bar and pool side music was noisy at middle night. Never quite. Amenities was poor.
Pros: Location was nice. If you are not Russian, you may not enjoy this place.
Cons: The bar staff were absolutely rude and angry. They assumed we were Russian and were extremely rude.
