Pros (+) Very clean, no shared hallways, very quick and courteous staff. The rooms look good with their faux hardwood floors.
Cons (-) The bed quality was mediocre and the room was small.
Pros (+) The staff were friendly. We didn't find evidence of bed bugs.
Cons (-) There were always two staff in the lobby, but only one was serving the long lines at all times of day. It was the last available hotel in Milwaukee, literally, so we didn't have a choice. The regular daily rate was about $75. The day we stayed it was $200. Pros (+) Location, we were 15min. from downtown and just off the interstate. Good breakfast location right down the road. The Oak Creek Diner, I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy but it was all delicious. The rooms were pretty clean. For the money and a place to lay your head it was a decent place to stay.
Cons (-) Every time we went to use our room key it would not work. We kept having to take it to the front desk. There was another couple traveling with us, I booked the rooms then when we got there they put there room in there name and paid for it. They still ended up charging our card twice for there room.
