We needed one night close to MKE for early morning flight. The shuttle drivers were fast and efficient, however, I don't think they were hotel staff. The front desk clerk was. Very sweet and handled all of our needs. They have a breakfast but we missed it because our flight was early so cannot comment on that! Never saw or used the pool or any other facilities. The room however was dark and dank and felt dirty/sticky. There was a ring of crusty dirt around the bathroom door handle. The room was clean as far as the linens, but just neede an update as far as carpet and heavy duty cleaning. Vents dirty, corners dirty, etc.
The staff were friendly. We didn't find evidence of bed bugs. There were always two staff in the lobby, but only one was serving the long lines at all times of day. It was the last available hotel in Milwaukee, literally, so we didn't have a choice. The regular daily rate was about $75. The day we stayed it was $200. I understand rates go up as availability goes down, but I wouldn't have been happy paying $75 for a motel, $200 was absurd considering the accommodations. The floors weren't carpeted, which would have been fine, but they were constantly slimy, for lack of a better word. It was gross having the choice between wet feet/socks and wearing shoes into the bed.
Location, we were 15min. from downtown and just off the interstate. Good breakfast location right down the road. The Oak Creek Diner, I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy but it was all delicious. The rooms were pretty clean. For the money and a place to lay your head it was a decent place to stay. Every time we went to use our room key it would not work. We kept having to take it to the front desk. There was another couple traveling with us, I booked the rooms then when we got there they put there room in there name and paid for it. They still ended up charging our card twice for there room.
Price and location Durty, lights by the sink did not work. Toilet water level to full to use. Nodisposable cups/glasses in the room to use. Ice bucket had holes.and leaked water.
Very clean, no shared hallways, very quick and courteous staff. The rooms look good with their faux hardwood floors. The bed quality was mediocre and the room was small.
Convenient location, cheap Too many dogs. Lots of loud barking til very late
I would go elsewhere.
The location is definitely convenient for breaking up a long drive from the U.P. to Chicago and the night staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable to us, but that's arbitrary as people's level of comfort varies so much. I found a piece of plastic under one of the bed pillows, the door jamb was ripped partially away from the wall (room 213), there was a little cockroach in the bathroom, and the florescent light advice the sink flickered bad enough we just left it off.
Bed was soft. Dirty sheets. With pubic hair and other debris on the dead. I requested new sheets they probably changed the sheets. But the floor was not swept or mopped. So the sheets got ditry from our feet. Cool cleaning job red roof.
cheap and easy to get to room smelled like smoke, stains on bedspread

It had a small kitchen. If you are staying for a few days it comes in handy. The bed was really uncomfortable. Hard with no support if that makes sense. The hallways smelled of old.
Very clean a spacious. I would stay there again.
The separate bedroom worked out great!!
kitchenette, staff, price, location, free parking no

Clean comfortable rooms and great early, early, morning breakfast before our early flight. Very helpful and friendly staff when we checked in and left. We would stay there again. Thank you! No
Good breakfast. Great location. There was a cardboard box of plastic cups and party favors in the bushes on the west side of the building. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet, nor was the cover the right size for the tank.
Nothing! Room had NO HEAT! Tried other rooms, same trouble! They have new furnaces that DONT WORK!
Clean and pleasant stay. Bed was a little hard. Very quiet could not hear the traffic from the highway Continental breakfast was a little simple not a lot of variety
Location Called to request non-smoking room. We were placed in a room that smelled of stale smoke. We booked because it was a park and fly. We were told it would cost an extra $40 per night and that we should just park at the airport! Unacceptable!!!
kitchenette, small bed, closet crammed next to be not near the front door.
Ambiance and location were great. The corner room on the 15th floor had a great view. Elevators could be quicker.
Location The fitness center was good-I wished there was a lap pool. The computers in the business center were slow and hard to get into the internet at times.
Great stay! Thanks Dan for the great service!! Nothing.
Very nice accommodations, The only issue I had was with the bathroom, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and no lock, the toilet looked like it was out of a public bathroom, and the the shower pressure was deplorable that it made showering challenging and long.
Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Expensive parking. Could've parked somewhere else in the city for much cheaper. There were a lot of business people there and no family attractions such as a pool.
Fire alarms all night
If you need to be in Downtown Milwaukee, the hotel is well located, has parking (though it's really expensive with in and out privileges -- and I say this as a Bostonian used to paying out the nose for parking), and the public spaces of the building are really nice and well maintained. The gent working the desk when we checked in was also a delight and gave lots of useful recommendations about what sites to see and where to eat. A+ to that guy. Our room itself was pretty low end, especially for an Intercontinental. The air conditioning didn't work, every piece of furniture was damaged, and the walls and bathroom showed a lot of wear and tear. When the front desk staff was alerted the ac didn't work, the guy simply said, "Oh, sorry." D- to that guy.
Great hotel if you are attending a show at The Pabst Theater or Milwaukee Rep since all three share a common lobby. Check in was quick and friendly (thanks Cory) and the room was spacious and clean. The candy/RedBull/bottled water purchase basket was a bit strange, but the rest of the room was fine. Parking is expensive for the area ($27).
Great location Take of and clean the ac vent better
Great customer service every time we visit. You can't beat this great downtown location.
The location is fantastic and the price of the rooms great. The room with 2 double beds my adult children had was pretty disgusting. The lamp had huge stains on the shade and the mattresses were all stained and disgusting looking ( they always check for bedbugs because my oldest son travels a lot and has seen them in hostels and nice hotels). The room was just very dingy and looked like a 2 star hotel Our room with a king was better but all the mattresses need to be upgraded and replaced. Carpets need cleaning etc The Kilawatt for brunch was okay. Food was not great....bloody Mary's were not so good....food adequate
Quiet room, easy walk to the show at the Riverside, cozy bedding, perfect room temp, courteous and helpful staff, excellent and affordable restaurants within walking distance. Arrive after 6:00 pm and leave before 8:00am so parking very reasonable at $8. everything was wonderful
The rooms are old & out dated. The beds are horrible.
Beds not that comfortable
One of the best in Milwaukee. We had to move to another 4 star (hyatt) on the same street after a day due to lack of availability at intercontinental and it was much inferior.
The room was bigger then expected, which was nice We had to pay $20 to park and they had snow on the roof of the parking garage, so we got stuck along with 5 other cars and had to help push each other out
Nice rooms, spacious and well arranged. I'm guessing they never move the furniture at all when they clean because there was all sorts of trash and food under the couch an TV stand. Soft beds, lots of pillows.
The room and bathroom were very large Overall, the hotel seems a little shabby. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty and sticky. One of the elevators wasn't working upon check-out, so after waiting 10 minutes or so for the other one, I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. It seems expensive for what feels more like a motel than a hotel.
Beautiful interior, non-homogenized aesthetic, helpful staff, great central location, tasty food on site and a complimentary shuttle available for those working in the area. Neighbors could be easily heard at times, but it is an older hotel so that kind of comes with the territory.
Dirty old hotel. No vending machines, unhelpful staff. The area around the hotel was not in the best location.
Staff, shuttle service Location, outdated, overpriced, no vending machines, dirty rooms
I loved that the consiarge Eric helped me out with setting up our room. He was great!! Food also was great from Envoy. Everything was wonderful. One of the front desk people ( Connie I believe her name was) she was very crass toward the person that had dropped some items off for me the night before we checked in. Also the box that was on front of the TV did not work when I hooked up my laptop with the HDMI cord.
Location TV in the room was not working, structure is old,
Beautifully restored Art Deco hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Room very large. Free shuttle to any location downtown which was convenient. Great proximity to Marquette University.
Excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop, great fitness room with machines and free weights (thanks for those) and the friendliest and most competent staff you'll find anywhere. Great place!
Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was not included. Gave lame reasons not to provide breakfast. Left side of the building was leaking. No pools. Will never visit nor let friends visit here.
The room was nice and the bar/lounge area was also nice The location was in the bad part of town Front desk staff was rude The check-in was a hastle since there are two ambassador hotels across the street from one another Room key didn't work first night coming back in to hotel Shuttle van was a cargo van with squealing brakes
Loved the ambience in the lobby. The room we stayed in was clean with a great view is the lake. Have to pay for wifi in this current age of free WiFi everywhere.
Amazing hotel. Everything was 5 star.
The hotel is clean, excellent amenities, friendly staff and good good location. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.
The Club option is nice...quite a refuge from a horrible room. Couldn't check in until 5:00 despite the 3:00PM check in time. Tub and sink had hair in them. Bedding was ripped.
Beautiful historic hotel. Comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.
We booked a last-minute room at the Pfister and loved our stay from start to finish. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view, service was stellar, and the location could hardly be improved. It doesn't hurt that the hotel is where we stayed after getting engaged! Great experience and we will definitely stay again next time we're in Milwaukee. Pretty much perfect.
Beautiful hotel with tons of character and charm. Good service, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Hotel lobby bar and Blu were excellent. Complimentary breakfast in the Cafe offered good food and full choice of anything on menu. Onsite amenities such as spa, shops and additional restaurants offer an extra touch. For the price of the rooms, wifi was not free. Given the necessity in today's day and age, not to mention that it is complimentary in many more basic hotels, this was a big let down. Especially when service in the tower is spotty for mobile without Wifi. It felt like a nickeled and dimes amenity. Clientele felt a bit uppity.
Old school charm and service The decor, the people and the vibe.
This is a beautiful hotel We had the $200 room. No fridge or extra sink. I thought it was a little lacking for a luxury hotel. I guess we should of upgraded.
I do like the atmosphere and location of this hotel. They forgot to freshen up our room. We came back after being out for the day to find the bed not made and no fresh Towels.
We needed to stay near the airport to see a family member off on an early am flight. We drove a long way. It was wonderful to go into a clean, very comfortable room to sleep. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, even helping when we had trouble with the flight which extended the stay a bit. It is our place to go in Milwaukee, now.
Seemed newly remodeled Way over prices snacks ($2 for a small bag of chips)
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing expensive but very good. The hotel décor was very nice and the hotel overall was very clean and modern. The only problem I had was that the bathroom in my room was not very clean on check in, and due to time constraints I was not able to get the situation rectified so I just had to deal with it. Fortunately when I did mention it to hotel staff they did apologize and gave me a nice discount off the price of my stay. So I was pleased with that. I would absolutely stay there again if ever in Milwaukee.
quick, easy check in, excellent room, convenient & available. Airport shuttle driver had safety equipment dirty, out of order and in walkway of persons boarding & un-boarding. Driver was advised personally & well in advance of need of airport pickup, and left my party & another stranded in frigid weather awaiting whilst attempts of phone contact from two independent needs went unanswered & mis-routed. I feel very strongly this was deliberate to obstruct our timeliness. Report to onsite management went without response.
Access to freeway and area locations. Expedient check-in. Cleanliness. Antiquated shower head and bathroom sink outside of the bathroom.
Good value. Good matress. No closet, small wardrobe.
Rooms were clean and hotel is great for getting shuttled to and from Miller Park, the Zoo, and any other attraction within a 5 mile radius. The shuttle service took too long to come and get us from the zoo. We were told it would only take 15 minutes. We called 20 minutes before we would be ready and the shuttle came 1 hour and 45 minutes later. So just call the shuttle plenty of time earlier than you need it to be safe.
No refrigerator in room or microwave
It is easy to access from the expressway. It is a newer hotel. It has a bus that takes you to the Brewers game.
Good location. Clean. Comfortable room. Staff was nice.
The staff was great, hotel was clean and comfortable, easy access from the interstate. Jackson from house keeping went out of the way to make things right, he was wonderful! While everything was clean, there were several places the carpeting was torn and pulling up, and there were no refrigerators in the rooms, when I asked, I was told they have a few that could be rented, but none were available....has been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel without one, was very surprised that a hotel of this "stature" would not have them...plenty of space available in the room...
My daughter loved the complimentary spa items; I hated them because I hate essential oils. ImpressI've hotel for the price. When we arrived around 12:30pm Wednesday there was a room service tray outside of a door down the hall. Thursday morning it was still there, and the strawberry was so fuzzy with mold, I have to believe it had been there for days. It was gone by Thursday afternoon, however. The hall always seemed to be cluttered with housekeeping carts, and doors were left open to staff-only rooms that probably shouldn't have been open.
They were there when we arrived. I questioned about a second night reservation and thought we had a nights stay reserved. When we returned the following night we found we did not have a reservation and that the second night would be much more costly than the first. We stayed elsewhere!!
It was a casual atmosphere with an elegant touch. The rooms we had (we stayed on the way to and from Minneapolis) were unique. We had two different corner alcove rooms, and each of them were fantastic. The Patio was comfortable and a lot of fun. We were there for the first Thursday night of the season (biker night) and we very pleased.
The showers are nice. The blinds are really poor. You need thicker blinds to keep the light out. You can't keep the blinds open and expect to have any sort of privacy. The door from the shower to the rest of the room does not seal, so coming out of the shower is freezing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms. They say the mattresses are firm. There are not firm.
Cool rooms Kinda dirty guys. House keeping woke me up and I had already called for late check out. Not cool
There basically is no room. You feel cramped from the moment you arrive and realize you cannot pull up to the door and cannot park. Very casual staff. Maybe the 30 year olds like things this way. We do not. We will not be back.
Friendly staff, great selection of food in the lobby. There was no hot tub, only a pool.
Friendly staff, modern and comfortable accommodations, free water in the room. Great location, valet parking was mid-priced at $25 per day. We chose Aloft because I've stayed at the properties in other cities and had a similarly pleasant experience. And we had to find a place with a swimming pool. Aloft ion Milwaukee is well worth it. not much to dislike as we stayed for one night and the experience was very good.
Courteous staff, great decor, and clean room. The amount of endless noise in the hallway ALL night. Several parties were screaming from outside to someone staying on our floor.
I liked that it was near a lit of fun bars and restaurants. I also thought it was fun and had a very cool look to it! Beds we a little hard.
The location is excellent, great views of the river and right next to the river walk. Within walking distance to some really great restaurants. Quiet, and the room was very comfortable! No parking lot, so you either pay to park or pay for valet service. Also, no free breakfast so we had to pay almost $30 just to eat breakfast.
Loved the design, decor and features. Hip & modern without the overkill. Comfortable beds and spotless rooms.
Sketch place for sure.... too many other options in the area to even consider this hotel.
Upon arrival we were greated NY friendly and very helpful staff. Night front desk service was incredibly rude and crass and didn't seem to care about either. I would not return bas we on the night staff's attitude ever again!!!
Excellent value. Free breakfast. Free WiFi. Clean. It was a busy weekend and they did not have sufficient parking.
Not too far from Old World section of Milwaukee. Made the walk once. Room was nice enough. Its got everything you need (fridge, safe, decent shower, A/C, etc.) . The staff looked like work release clients from a halfway house but they were all fairly friendly and helpful with directions and carrying bags. Cheap. WiFi had serious issues. Would drop and stay down for hours. Had I known that I would have never stayed. The neighborhood isnt ideal. Lock your car. When I asked about the shuttle taking me to the airport they told me they wouldnt recommend it because sometimes the driver "oversleeps" and to take a cab or a bus instead. This was fine for a single adult male staying a couple days with a vehicle. Probably wouldnt recommend a family on an extended trip though.
Front Desk Staff was great! Cleanliness of the sheets when ready to turn down for the night, looked like there was blood stains on sheets. When calling down for service to get new sheets they brought them up but we had to change the dirty sheets and did not give us all new bedding just a fitted and a flat sheet.
Great breakfast and free shuttle if willing to wait a bit. Shower was hard to shut off and bathroom not the cleanest. Also front desk was always busy with in person or calls.
We only stayed one night while we made a trip up to a Brewers game while we were staying in Chicago. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the game and back for $10. We didn't use this feature, but it is a nice one to have if you don't have a car. They will also shuttle you anywhere within 2 miles for free. The room was clean and quiet. Parking and wifi are free. Parking filled up at night when we returned from the baseball game, but we parked on the street with no problems. The free breakfast was typical of a free breakfast, but when trying to save a little money it is a nice feature to have. Do not leave valuables in your car or anything that looks tempting. We did witness a man walking around checking in cars and pulling on handles. When he saw us watching he got in his car (with a child in the front seat!) and drove off.
The staff was very helpful and personable. It was extremely clean the beds were comfortable the shower was amazing the breakfast better than most free breakfasts. Felt safe and comfortable I didn't like that I didn't have any money to top. due to an extremely rough day prior to arriving at the hotel. Next time I stay I will make up for it.
Originally put me in a smoking room without asking if that was alright. Switched me into regular room after I complained. A nasty old tea bag left next to phone. Never followed thru on wake up call the morning I requested one.
Staff was very nice. Free shuttle to downtown. Asked for a quiet room, got a quiet room. Big rooms. Nice shower. Free parking. Cute bar downstairs with a really nice bartender. Semi-seedy location, just wouldn't go walking around by yourself at night. A/c kept going on and off, so we were either super cold or hot.
Definitely not what was advertised. Room was dirty, stains on chair, curtains, phone was filthy, tv wouldn't turn on. Would not return to this hotel.
Location is great for our purposes. Heater in room only operated on High Fan. Was extremely noisy. Low fan DID NOT work. Noisy hallway at 2AM and again at 3AM. Breakfast, normally very good, was cold this trip.
Breakfast seating area was big enough that even during busy times there were seats available. In room coffee maker spewed hot steam straight out the front as it finished the brewing process. Told front desk, and it was suggested that I was probably doing something wrong.

Great staff and room was as expected. Cups for juice at breakfast are really small....I used two.
The room was great and the whirlpool in the room was awesome! The front desk staff was grumpy, unhelpful, and not present when we needed them to be there in order to check out.
beautiful modern hotel! they charged my credit card for incidentals upon arriving and didnt tell me they were going to charge me and still 3 days later the charge is still on my credit card and hasnt dropped off.
Breakfast was great Bumping us down to king rooms and had to purchase an extra room because of it!!
Really liked the breakfast. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Very little sleep. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Every time it cut in it woke the person up in the King bed.

This hotel is a historic site. The rooms have character and are large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would rather stay at a hotel like this than a chain hotel.
Huge room, comfy bed, pet friendly. Good location. Room rates are not inexpensive, so one would expect a little more for their buck. But not at the Hotel Metro. Apparently, they must feel their location, which is good, and the fact their aren't a large hotel is enough. Luke warm showers, no matter time of day. Nickle and dime with charges...for instance a room service fee of $4 if you charge something on the room. Even if you go and get it yourself in the restaurant to bring up to the room, Ridiculous. And a surprise $4.99 historic preservation fee, which is clearly NOT going into upgrading their hot water delivery system. Because of these things, I would not recommend. There are plenty of other cool places to stay in Milwaukee. Don't waste your money.
Staff were incredibly helpful and sweet. Very cute rooms and spa and roof access was amazing! some loud guests during the night. Bed was firmer than I prefer.
Very pleasant people, friendly and eager to help. Service seems to be a forgotten commodity these days. But not here.
The staff at this hotel is exceptional!! I stayed at this hotel June 2010. It was around 10:00 PM when I was driving to the hotel, dark, raining and lots of construction around the airport (not by hotel but enroute to it). All the exits were closed that my GPS tried to reroute me to, and I got into a risky looking neighborhood. I called the hotel and asked for directions from my location. The young woman on the phone was wonderful, gave me directions, stayed on phone with me until I navigated out of the risky neighborhood and let me call her back 3 times. Most of the staff at this hotel were generous with their time, even though it was obvious they were very busy. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
Very nice and plesant staff. Rooms were very clean. Everything excellent except for the beds. It was cold in Milwaukee upon arrival but it was very nice walking into our room and the heater was already turned on and the room was warm and comfortable.
Exactly what I expected, glad there is a waffle machine and an Applebee's across the parking lot. Wish it was by more bars and restaurants within walking distance, but not too far by car.
The rooms are reasonably priced and Applebees is close by. However, the shuttle service doesn't start til 7 am, so if you have an early flight (we had a 6:11 flight) the shuttle cost is added on. Its $8, which can make the difference between this hotel and one with free shuttle. Otherwise, its clean and quiet.
We were completely satisfied with this hotel. For a decent price it was clean, in good repair, and we had no complaints. The staff was kind and helpful. We'd stay again.
Motel was used but clean. Staff was somewhat sloppy in dress, and overly casual in manner. Room was clean. High Speed internet was failure. Thermostat in room provided freezing or warm temps only. Alarm clock after being set went off all night long approx. every 2 hours but not at set time. Wake up call did not come and desk help was unconcerned about it. Circulating fan for building cooling system started screeching about 11 PM and did so for 2 hours before night manager came up.
Stay here at your own risk, I was shocked to see a bed bug on my pillow. The front desk seemed a little too blase about this when I was freaking out! This hotel serves a lot of airline industry workers so I can only assume they brought one in from another destination. I was terrified I may have taken some bedbugs home. They moved me to another room and I think I made it out of there okay. It was a clean hotel, just beware of the bed bugs!
It's not the Wyndham so don't expect it to be. It's a good location and price when going to the WI State Fair. We came, we slept, we left without a problem. Everything was good enough for what we paid.
This place is fine if you need a night's stay before catching an early flight, but it felt a bit run down.
I thought the LaQuinta was fine. Hotel employees were very helpful, the maids woke me up each day - ready to clean. Hotel was clean, neat, door 'key' cards worked really well, much better than the swipe-it credit card type. The only issues I had were 1) a small microwave per room would have been nice, as well as 2) a small refrigerator. There was an ice machine on the floor, but a small refrigerator would have been a very welcome addition. There was a slight amount of noise from the adjoining rooms and rooms above, but nothing outrageous at all. I would certainly stay there again without question. 5 or so miles from the airport and they do offer a free shuttle service. Applebees is located in the same parking lot w/the hotel, and there are several other places to eat within 1-5 miles. Oh yeah, AC seemed to work just fine as well - the windows only opened about 4 or 5 inches though. IMO the windows on floors 2 and 3 should be able to open all the way, or half way at a minimum. Very decent stay-
LaQuinta is seriously underrated. This is my 5th or 6th time staying at a LaQuinta, and I'm a believer. This hotel was, like the others, just what you want. Nice desk and very comfortable office chair, nice cushioned chair, and the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. So convenient for someone showering while someone else is applying makeup and what not. This hotel was convenient, clean, and inexpensive. The ONLY issue I had was that the continental breakfast ended at 9am so we missed it. That seemed pretty early to me, and of course the time isn't publicized in the hotel info. Other than that, I had no complaints at all and I would recommend this unit highly.
Location Restaurants were cute and good food Bar upstairs was cool with all seasons porch Comfortable bed Dog friendly New building Staff was friendly Clean Open air shower (looks cool but it's cold) No cell service in building Valet is a bit pricy Toiletries were sparse (my lotion was half used with a hair on it) Views not good from room (HVAC units and alley)
The staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could Our rooms were not ready at the check-in time. We had booked two rooms and we were able to get into one room an hour late and the other two hours late. At the price, It was unacceptable.
Intensive training on staff, was very evident where I was approached by every person that worked in the hotel with a smile and inquisitive in nature to see what I might need. Was there for four days for Summerfest and had recently stayed at a Kimpton in Austin on rainy Street and enjoyed it. I was able to the enjoy the upstairs rooftop bar for a very short period as it was too busy . Complementary bicycles were a very nice touch, as I am putting them at two of my rental properties now for clients that come and stay . Not having coffee makers in the room is a mistake. I understand the need to possibly get people out of the rooms too co-mingle down in the lobby, yet it's imperative that the first thing I do when I wake up is have a cup of coffee while I shower, news , prepare . I do this at every hotel I stay and this is the only hotel that has not offered it, and I know that's coming through some type of other reasoning either to generate coffee sales or to make the lobby appear bustling. I do not like the open shower which was the same in the Austin hotel. I like to slide a door shut or have a curtain as I feel rushed to get out of the shower because I am feeling like I am getting water all over the floor, which was somewhat the case. I'm not sure who's design idea that was but not crazy about it .
Room was clean and the price was right. Chairs in room were stained (little concerning), and I think their internet router was hacked because my firewall detected a "DNS cache poisoning attack."
everything. It was like home away from home. We actually didn't want to leave
The housekeeping staff does not change all the bedding, resulting in a raging case of pink eye that caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in work. Disgusting.
