Pros. The grounds were well kept, the staff is very friendly, and the resort is small and intimate.

Pros. My wife and I were impressed with the boutique feel of the Plantation though it is part of the Sandals chain. Never felt crowded and the facilities felt authentic. The best food we've ever had at an all inclusive. A few earlier reviews claimed the rooms were worn but we felt our room and all the public spaces were clean and not dated at all. We are beach bums and loved the west beach.
Cons. The butler service was ok though certainly not as good as butler services at other resorts. Some of the food staff could use more hospitality training.
