The staffs are nice and the breakfast they offered is good! Also the sauna is good.
Full of uneducated Japanese people who made a lot of noise during the midnight and also endless alarms at 5 in the morning until 7. I couldn’t slept for the whole night! Really unpleasant and annoying experience, the staffs are nice though.
1. Good, central location. 2. No noise from the pachinko parlour downstairs. 3. The sauna / hot tubs were lovely, 4. Free beer and something free for breakfast (I left before breakfast was available ) 5. Friendly staff. 6. The capsule was pretty cool too!
I honestly can’t think of anything. Was a good, albeit brief, stay.
Breakfast was complimentary and was miso soup, rice, and raw egg! The showers were public showers and had a few different pools to soak in. A robe was also provided for wear within the premises. It was super close to the train station
Fantastic location and very clean. Traditional Japanese breakfast (main being rice with raw egg) was good
Very traditional Japanese capsule hotel which was confusing for us as westerners. We were told off for being in the capsules during the daytime hours and you had to wear a gown everywhere. Think this hotel is intended for salarymen.
Reception is on the second floor above a pachinko parlour. No elevator to get up. I sat on a chair in the lounge room to relax and use my laptop on the third floor and was told I had to wear my bath robe to sit there. I moved to a bar stool opposite from the bar restaurant to use my laptop. Later I noticed a sign in Japanese that said anything above the 2nd floor, you need to wear your bathrobe. That was really annoying. At least the staff behind the restaurant bar didn't bother me again after I moved even though I was still supposed to wear my bathrobe. I don't like how as a paying guest I had rules imposed on me like that. I've never stayed anywhere that had a silly rule like that.
