Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, bedbugs, and lack of fresh towels, as well as poor service and unhelpful staff. While some guests appreciated the convenient location and found the beds comfortable, many felt the property was outdated and in disrepair, with broken amenities and maintenance problems. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but a few guests had satisfactory experiences due to location and price.
