Pros (+) The Hotel it's extremely close to the park, we walked everyday, their service with the bus is not that good! we tried to sign up to come back to the hotel at night and the lady forgot us, we were the first in line and she just helped other people and told us to take uber... but the rest it's a great place to stay for a good price near by universal

Pros (+) 15 min walk to Universal. Rooms were very nice and super clean. Will definitely go back and tell friends about my experience
Cons (-) Strange white maintenance guy acting weird during the whole stay . I am not sure what he is doing but this place got some stalker.
Pros (+) You can see that it was old and probably in need of serious updating. Someone with vision took this on and it's very nice. The future lobby looks like it will be from the Jetsons cartoon (futuristic).
Cons (-) The breakfast was not very good. The hash browns were oily! This is an easy fix though. My suggestion for a hot breakfast is a little more variety that is tasty. The young lady that served our breakfast was energetic, thoughtful and charming. She has a great smile with a personality to match, a great hire.
Pros (+) They're in the process of completely redoing the entire hotel and what was finished so far was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and elegantly decorated. It was extremely close to universal and the restaurant on site was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) The air wasn't working in our room upon arrival so it was pretty warm, but we told the front desk and they had it taken care of immediately with no problems.
