Pros (+) Clean, beautifully decorated, boat shuttle from the hotel to the city walk and other places at Universal so there’s no reason or need to have a car
Cons (-) Bottles of water in the room were $7.50 each if you used them to make the provided tea or coffee. No complimentary shuttle service to/from airport - I paid $30 each way for an Uber.
