Location was good. Room was clean. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall not bad.
NO parking! After 9 or so you had to park in a lot across the way. Not too far but it was inconvenient. There are a bunch of spaces wasted for rental car returns.
The employees were delightful, but our first night was in a room (417) that reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so bad we went to bed with a headache and woke up with a sore throat. We called the front desk, and they found us a room within the hour. Our second room was clean, and smelled wonderful. We also showed up late to breakfast and the employee was wonderful, she let us eat and never made us feel rushed.
I love the close proximity to everything near UCF. I also love the ease of WiFi access, and the well trained staff.
The second floor is noticeably less well done than the first floor. The carpet has stains in the hallways a day the room I stayed in. The t.v. Channels constantly switched between working and not working. Next time I'll be asking to stay on the first floor like I did last time. The rooms were nicer, and everything was fairly recently renovated.
Breakfast was crowded.Maintenance was poor. We have a toilet that did not FLUSH the morning of our departure, and there was no one that could fixed.
The location was close to the business conference park.
The hotel is worn out and somewhat outdated. Looks like they tried to update a little. Overall, it's nice enough. If you want a cheaper place to stay, it is sufficient. I wouldn't stay for more than a night or two.
