Carpet damp dirty stained. Did not want to walk barefoot on carpet!

Check in was slow...front desk person is one catch all for check in, operator, reservations, security, information etc.
I liked that it was in a central location, close to where I wanted to be and not expensive
I didn't like that the area was filled with construction and that at 3 am a bunch of people right next to my room went outside to talk really loud and woke me up but other than that I guess it was fine
The employees were very nice.
The hotel wasn't anywhere near what I expected, breakfast was only toast and cereal, bed was uncomfortable, and the business area smelled like mold. I won't be staying at this hotel ever again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights late Mar 2014. I enjoyed the location of the hotel because it is really close to Downtown Orlando and Seaworld (purpose of my visit) The breakfast was decent and a big help on our pockets.
There are a few things that I didn't like about this hotel, I did not get the double beds as I reserved instead I got the fold out. I did not bring this to the attention of the staff because it did not bother me as much. I am only mentioning it here for future travelers that might care more than I do. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything. Yet the one thing that bothered me the most is that my room key was disactivated after the first night of my stay and I was told that was standard. I was there for 2 nights only, yet on the morning after my first night my room key was automatically turned off. Not good.

Double billing on credit card. charged twice for one night. now dealing with bank to cancel. no help with motel after I left. ugly ....
I liked its location, although the shuttle to the airport has had a small delay.
I do not like the delay of the shuttle, as I have a flight with hour to leave.
Reminded me of a motel. Was not as luxurious as the picture on the internet. Food facilities limited. Hotel far away from facilities. Near enough to the airport. Room was clean but could not stay there for more than one night.

For some reason, the reservation listed a slightly different and lower price than the one I was charged when I arrived. That hotel needs an elevator for people of a certain age carrying suitcases. (speaking for a friend)

Very difficult to find hotel from Exit 8, Interstate 158. Need better directions or better access to McCoy Avenue.
I arrived at my hotel to find out they had not recieved a confirmation from you, as I stood in the lobby for one hour in frustration. As I stood there waiting all the non smoking rooms were given away even though I had requested one many hours before this. I was given a smoking room. I can't tolerate smoke, There was obviously a communication problem between booking.com and this hotel. You all need to figure this out!!!! I was dissapointed and angry as I had to stand there and wait for you and the hotel to figure it out and I did all the communication via my phone and lap top and finally had to hand my phone to the hotel to talk to you to figure it out@!!! Very unprofessional!
