The Rosen offered comfortable and clean rooms, a variety of dining options, and was conveniently located next to the convention center.
I loved the atmosphere and overall beauty of this hotel. The food was wonderful in the restuarants i visited. Our room was perfectly clean and had top of the line linens. Our only problem was the concierge service, they had no information on bus lines or downtown parking. Would we come back? Yes in a heartbeat!
The customer service provider at the front desk was awesome. We requested a KING size bed and received it without any questions asked. The days that we spent there we didn't here any one else next to us or in the hallways. Pool area was very clean and always has towels stocked. The rooms were very clean. My overall experience was GREAT! This is our second time booking this hotel but certainly not our last
The surcharge for parking was $15 a day and it was located in the rear of the hotel, its a long walk to get to the elevators which was located in the front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. It has tons of dining options within, nice lounge areas, a beautiful pool with fires at night and a sky walk to the convention center if needed. The room was nice and we had a view of Sea World.
The parking garage is located in the very back of the hotel and the elevators are in the front, making you have to go on a serious trek to get to your room. Parking is $15/day for self parking or $20/day for valet. Get the valet! The bathroom was small and you had to walk in and step to the side, against the wall in order to shut the door. The beds in a 2 bed room are double beds, not queens which is a bit inconvenient. The halls were a bit warm and stuffy.
Easy accessibility to Convention Center & Attractions. Restaurants had a variety of choices to meet individual needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
They could work on sound proofing the rooms a little better.
I love this hotel! It's extremely convenient, especially for business travelers. Love "Red's Deli" in the lobby..extremely convenient. The hotel's location is great, the rooms are great, the convention center is next door. Perfect!
clean room, friendly staff

My stay ended.
The bathroom was sadly coming apart. The shower was for a wheelchair and the wall tiles were partially coming ungrouted and off the wall. There was mildew in the grout. Long hairs were stuck to the shower curtain. Yellow urine stains were on the toilet basin and floor. It was disgusting...I trully was disappointed for having paid $165.00. Totall rip-off.
The ambience was good,

I liked that it was very close to the Orange County Convention Center.
For the price I was paying the walls of the rooms were very thin I could hear everything going on in both of the rooms around me.
Every hotel employee I came into contact with was courteous, respectful and they went out of the way to answer every question (like directions to other places) that I asked.
The tatoo convention that was next to our convention was somewhat distracting, but it turned out to be quite a conversation starter among our other conventioneers.
The hotel elevators were wonderful! No wait and never crowded, even though it appeared the hotel was near/at full occupancy.
Bed firmness was excellent - good nights rest.
Odor of sprays used for cleaning linger too long. No windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom vent appeared to circulate air and not exhaust.
No blankets in the room
