Very busy hotel
Pros: The deli, the beds! Are amazing.
Cons: The elevators are a nightmare, for those of us on 16 or higher you waste hours of your life for one. One morning I got fed up and timed it 9 minutes!! All because one lift is out. Yet if you are 1-15 you have 6 lifts, we only had three. It's been like this since May 2016.
Weekend get away.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Bed was to firm for me.
Clean rooms and comfy bed
Pros: Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and beds were very cozy! It was convenient to stay there because of the skybridge to the convention center.
A Great Stay
Pros: We had a great time. We will stay at a Rosen property whenever possible.
Great hotel property right on International Drive
Pros: Over the years, I have stayed at Rosen Centre many times and enjoy all the lobby options (restaurants, tapas bar, spa, coffee bar, sundry shop, bars, etc.) plus they have a massive amount of large meeting rooms. Great staff!
*ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL HOTEL
Pros: I loved everything about this hotel very clean and elegant the rooms are fresh smelling valet was great all around thumbs up GREAT PLACE!!!!
Cons: Food was great at Harry's restaurant but the portion was very small
Be prepared to be charged for everything!
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but no better then any of their competition.
Cons: Their first mistake was they messed up my reservation. I was booked for two days yet they only had me in their system for one day even though I was prepaid. When I told them at the front desk they did nothing about it. Instead they told me to call a reservations number. I felt that they should have taken ownership of the problem. On top of that I had reserved a VIP room that was supposed to include an upgraded room, breakfast, and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. I didn't receive that at the hotel refuse to do anything about it. If that wasn't enough it amazes me that hotels of that caliber charge for everything. You have a car to park it's $23 per day. If they received mail for you they charge by the pound. Need a document printed? This will cost you at least a dollar a page. There are fees and service charges for room service and just about everything that you could ask for. Many of their competition do not charge these ridiculous fees and often have complimentary Business Services. I'm not sure what their target market is but I personally would not visit them again. In Orlando there are far too many better choices.
Great luxury hotel-excellent pool-sushi place bad service
Pros: Clean room great pool excellent condition.
Cons: Sushi place poor customer service. We waited 45 minutes for a single order of vegan sushi. Rude hostess no other customers were present why so long .
I love the Rosen Centre
Pros: No complaints but one but I'll live
Cons: The walk to and from parking garage
Pros: They charged me $15 to use their in house tiny gym, their website does not mention such charge for using the gym. Very deceptive, felt like I was taken advantage of
I have stayed in hotels from.2 to 5 stars and none charge to use their in house gym.
Good Hotel for a Great Value
Pros: Helpful Staff; Great location to Universal; Parking for free; Good stay
Cons: Loud AC; Wall is thin so that you can clearly hear your neighbor talking
Nice hotel
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and the we liked it. The room was extremely clean with new modern furniture. The services were outstanding.
