Stayed here on an HGV promotion, and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, the $30 daily F&B credit is completely eaten up by the parking fee, and it seems this is by design. The hotel is relatively family-friendly, and is positioned very close to the intersection of FL-528 and I-4, and is only a short drive from WDW, I-Drive, and SeaWorld.

Pros (+) Beautiful, clean, large facility. The lazy river is incredible. Multiple pools and areas assure that there is something for everyone. Javier, a server in the Bistro made the entire trip. He was so sweet and happy. He made everyone in the group feel so special and cared about. Javier was the brightest part of the whole trip!

Cons (-) Love bugs were a huge nuisance and a bummer. I recognize that there isn’t anything you can do about them, but they definitely disrupted all calm moments! The prices in the Market were quite steep.

Pros (+) The amenities were nice and the hotel clean. The few interactions we had with hotel staff was pleasant.

Cons (-) The beds were very hard. The walls thin. The $20 parking per day for a guest staying in the hotel is insane. The fast check out tells you to leave your keys in the room. However, you need these to get out of the deck, we had to check out a 4 am to make out flight so fast check out was needed. Well it was totally pointless when I had to go by the front desk anyway when I couldn't get out of the lot...

Pros (+) The staff was very courteous ! Amenities were nice, pool area was very fun for the kids. Poolside food was great !!! We came into Orlando very late on our way to Disney. After trying over 10 budget hotels in the area that were all fully booked we found the Hilton had a room for us. Saved our tired traveling family. Thank you Hilton Orlando.
