Pros (+) Really enjoyed the hotel room, the pool was very nice, very clean. The bar outside was very good and the staff were excellent. Very impressed. Also loved the view of the pond that had turtles swimming. Very convenient as well.

Cons (-) The only thing I would say is to see if there are more options for drinks at the bar outside and also a shuttle to the airport would be great. Otherwise, it was excellent

Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was amazing and helpful. We left a computer charging cord and the housekeeping staff had it at the front desk ready for us to pick up.

Pros (+) Clean room with lots of space and good layout. Most of the staff was quite nice and seem to enjoy their work.

Cons (-) Additional charge for breakfast was a bummer. Wasn't worth it at $12 per person and wasn't mentioned at check in. Ice machine only available on the main level was not convenient. There was some water available in the lobby however coffee would have been appreciated as well. A list or notification of additional amenities would have been nice.
