The room was clean and I loved the decoration. Excellent Location.
Couldn't connect to the WIFi.
A/C don't have control, bed to close with A/C, bathroom door don't close.
Beds were a little small.
I enjoyed the location and accessibiloty to the room in relation to parking. Friendly staff . Nice landscaping.
Wyndham could be more transparent about charges.
Air conditioner not cooling and room was not ready upon arrival.
Very nice hotel, nice property.
Watched an employee quit less than 5 minutes after walking up to the front desk to check in. Rooms could have been slightly cleaner. Weird bed sheets, not traditional form of bedding. Had a problem with overbooking that night, however we were unaffected.
The location was great. There are actually two entrances to the hotel which was great during Orlando traffic. The rooms looked like they had been recently renovated, very stylish and comfy. We checked in early and everything we asked for was provided. The woman at the check in desk was super pleasant.
The walls are very thin and we could hear everything the neighbors were doing. Not to mention the vent in the bathroom through which we could literally hear entire conversations.
Well located property with a heated pool, free parking and complimentary wifi. It's a three-star property that likely thinks it should be a four-star. But not a bad deal for the price paid to stay.
We got a great online deal, and for only a little more when we got there, we got bunk beds for our two teenagers. It was a large spacious room. Nothing to dislike!
not cleaned the bathroom towels and wore only they changed the beds even had q call to take sheets m left no water glasses not true that I did not like in fatal cleaning. I'm on vacation and cleaning from 8:30 in the morning knocking on the door and opening it really that bad pass
Best location, walk to Starbucks, restaurants, Orlando eye, and Cooper's Hawk winery and restaurant is attached to the hotel. Their wine tastings and wine club are amazing. Exit the back of the property straight to Universal in minutes with little to no traffic.
No basic complimentary coffee in lobby, you have to order it at lobby bar, which seemed always closed, or at on site restaurant. Yes, can walk to Starbucks but $20 for four coffees ea time starts to add up .
This hotel is in a great location. Many stores and restaurants are all within walking distance, including a Starbucks! Right off of international drive so many theme parks and the outlet mall are all right down the road. The rooms were nice but I wish they had carpet floors because I don't think the floors are swept because they're wells sand and dirt everywhere. The beds were full size, when most hotels are usually queen. The first night we were there they didn't turn the lights on outside for our building so we almost fell down the stairs walking in the dark because there isn't an elevator. The 2nd day the battery in our doors key slot died so we couldn't get in our room. The second night the a/c stopped cooling the room. We had drinks at their Gator bar which was nice and relaxing but when we left we had multiple charges from them that we didn't authorize (they fell off a few days later) but that was odd. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, although the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. Over all its a nice hotel but it felt like there were a lot of things that went wrong within our short stay here. The staff was friendly and the location was nice. I might consider staying here in the future again.
See above statement!
Was giving a room that was attach to someone else that was banging on my door while we was sleeping house keeping just open and walk right in and till this day never apologiize we felt very unsafe
Room was nice and clean. Beds were soft and comfortable. Location very close to Universal and other attractions. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and quick to respond if you needed something.
Came back late from a full day of walking around Disney and the parking lot was completely full. Had to park on the other side of the property and trek all the way back to my room. I think they had some event going on, but a lot of cars had no parking passes. Should have reserved spots for guests that are actually paying to stay at the hotel. Also because the hotel sits on International Drive the traffic from the street can get a little loud. It wasnt too bad but definitely something to consider if you are a light sleeper.
Everyone was very professional.
Balcony door impossible to open. Iron was dirty with food; stained clothes. Room phone didn't work.
Location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The pillows were great!
No microwave or refrigerator in room like was read online. Sheets on both beds were COVERED in hair of all different lengths and colors. EEW. Called to have clean sheets, staff was friendly and was to the room with clean sheets within ten minutes.
Nice pool with extra towels provided, comfy bed, right price, perfect central location for walking to restaraunts and bars.
Ants in room, carpet smelled like stinky feet
The decor, floors,and view
No free WiFi. It should be free. No Free TV you need to pay extra to watch.
Great location, close to restaurants shopping and entertainment
The resort grounds were very nicely kept. Pools were clean, plenty of seating. I thought the price per night for the room was a good value but then I found out I had to pay an extra per day amenities fee.(which took away from the value) Check out was quick and easy.
Did not like the "resort Fee". Who charges for parking anyway. (where are you supposed to put your car. Was told I had to pay for in room internet access, after paying an amenities fee. (bummed) Seemed like the only personnel who could answer questions about the rooms were at the very crowded check in/out desk. Always too many people waiting and did not want to wait to ask a simple question.
The doors slammed all night whenever someone left there room. There was no sleeping at all if you want a good nights rest go somewhere else. Also the staff were rude and didn't care. The phone in the room rang a few times in the middle of the night as well and when I answered the phone big surprise no one was there.
Very dirty with roaches and insects Pls don't go there with kids .
Less than a ten minute drive from parks. Great area with lots of dining options nearby. Modern decor.
Difficult exit to highway as much cross road with lots of traffic and no light.
The rooms were nice but there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the "standard" rooms. The fridge is only available upon request. But there is nothing in the room that tells you this. Then also the security deposit fee. I'm fine with it taking it out all at once and then putting it back in there but what they did was took out 120 out the monday and then took 40 out on Wednesday morning making me overdraw my account. They should have just took all of it out on Monday when we got there
I liked the location, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The room was dusty! They were suppose to clean the room the next day around 12pm and they cleaned the room late around 4:30pm.
The one thing that i liked the most about this hotel was the location, it was walking distance from a walgreens, restaurants, and other things. i had nice open areas to relax
the one thing i did not like was the price, and for them to charge me a resort fee, when they do not have much to offer with the resort fee is little ridiculous. Overall the price of the hotel and resort was not worth what i payed.
We checked in at 10pm and were not able to find our room for an hour. No one would answer the resort telephone, so my friends and I played scavenger hunt until we finally located the room. It really put a bad taste in our mouth for the remainder of the trip.
