Enjoy a peaceful getaway at our welcoming rural villa,the perfect base for exploring everything the beautiful Bay of Plenty has to offer. Guests have access to two private bedrooms, along with their own exclusive bathroom and separate toilet, ensuring plenty of comfort and privacy throughout the stay. Although the home is owner‑occupied, we have our own private ensuite, and we make sure guests have lots of space to relax. You’ll also have access to a spa pool and an inground swimming pool, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large outdoor entertaining space, complete with a cozy fireplace—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For a special treat, wood‑fired pizzas can be prepared on request for an additional charge, offering a fun and delicious way to enjoy a night in. The property offers ample parking, including space for larger vehicles such as RVs or caravans, making it a great choice for travelers on the road. We’re located within easy reach of beautiful beaches, walking tracks, and local attractions, making our home a comfortable and inviting base for exploring the Bay of Plenty region.
