The parking charge is reasonable but the parking is difficult: slots are narrow and it's indoors with very constricted turning space. Bring the smallest car feasible for peace of mind.
Pros: Friendliness, location. Food was much better value than last time I stayed (in 2005) Free internet in the bar.
Cons: Front desk ('operator') does not pick up phone when you call from outside No help with luggage - for older people this could be a problem. (At most Marriotts I have stayed you are offered baggage help as soon as you pull up.)

The room was quite spectacular, but not being from the UK I didn't realize how far it was outside of downtown London (45 minutes on the Tube). I chose it because it is close to London City Airport. The actual facilities are very amicable, but the location could be better. And I didn't want to come back after dark because the walk from town to the hotel didn't have a lot of people around and was quite secluded, and being a solo female traveler that wasn't very comforting. Once I got used to the area it was relatively easy to get into town and back to the hotel. If I was staying for a longer period of time visiting friends or family in the area, then this would be the perfect hotel. Not so much for a tourist looking to see the sights.
Pros: The room is massive! Free WiFi in the room, as well as TV. Walkable into town and to the Tube station if you don't have a car. Tesco is just around the corner.
Cons: It was difficult to find initially. I didn't have a car and was using public transport, and though I used directions from online it was the last couple hundred yards of actually finding the building that were stressful. Staff could have been friendlier.

Cons: Food and bar price`s extosionate and so we don`t eat or drink in the hotel.
Pros: Quiet pleasant area close to rail and bus transport, and shops. Very nice decor and clean. En suite shower cubicle/bathroom, very nicely tiled & clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant & helpful management from the owner and his wife.
Cons: Shower taps unit needs attention, also the en suite door which doesn't close properly. Pillows rather flat, could do with thicker foam top pillows.

Pros: Quite comfortable ,the host is kind and friendly, and the breakfast is very nice.
Pros: For the amount I was paying I expected the worst having stayed in a similar price hotel earlier in the week. However it proved very good value for money and was comfortable, friendly, warm and quiet. the breakfast was a pleasant bonus.Short walk to train station for 15 minute journey to central London.
Pros: The breakfast is so good, this hostel is very comfortable.
Cons: no, everything is good!
Pros: Very close to train station but in quiet area. Nice & cozy rooms. Typical full English breakfast included. Very good value for price.
Cons: Strange way to turn on showers - button outside of the bathroom.

Pros: The staff was friendly, very helpful, and we enjoyed them very much. The rooms were well stocked, and had all the necessities.
Cons: The location. This felt like we had landed in a very seedy part of London, which wasn't reflected in the online ad. We had to walk about 6 blocks from parking to hotel, and the area felt unsafe at night, with men in the streets urinating. Not a place I will return to. The bed was small and VERY hard. Probably one of the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had at a Best Western.
Pros: It was included which can be rare in the UK. It was more than just a continental breakfast. There were actual cooks who were making meals in request including eggs, sausage, hash browns, and beans. Plenty of different juices and teas.

High-efficiency layout with the toilet and show in individual stalls, and the sink next to the bed. Has a hostel feel -- lots of European travelers without cars, so plenty of free and safe parking. Very comfortable except for the lack of air conditioning. Free wifi, but you have to go through a sign-up process. Note: there are two Ibis hotels almost next door to each other. This is the Ibis Budget hotel, the other is a higher priced standard Ibis hotel.
Pros: Walking distance to London subway (10-15 mionutes), next door to gas and Tesco supermarket, plenty of free gated parking, best price around for a London area hotel.
Cons: No air conditioning, and city noise is loud when window is open. Rooms are very small, no chairs.
