Pros. All in one, restaurant, hotel an convention areaa
Cons. Over due for renovations. It felt old an looked tired
Pros. The place is huge and has lots to offer for everyone
Cons. We paid $80 for a meal for two at the bear restaurant. The service was like a turtle in molasses and the food/wine tasted downright terrible.
Pros. Shower was hot.
Cons. Other guests tromping in and out of building all hours of the night talking loudly both nights. 2:000 - 4:00 AM. Guests in adjacent building excessive drinking and loud when asked to be consderate of others I was just yelled at. Did not call security as thought the property would be patrolled but apparently not! It was apparently a group of men on a "boys" trip from Sedgwick and Butler Countues in Kansas. Too bad they didn't go to a mountain cabin to act like animals. Room was satisfactory but musty smelling. AC ran inconsistently hot then cold poor control. Staff in lobby unconcerned about helping find room. They drew on a map and said good luck. A manager was helping a guest next yo me and going above and beyond to sell them "best room in the house", his word, but distracted the person checking me in because she was more interested in the other people getting the best deal and room.
Cons. Blood on shower wall... everything is crazy expensive. So big if u don't rent a cart u spend half ur time walking
