Pros. I liked the staff. They were very friendly and they do their best to accommodate you. The facilities were good and they have everything to meet your needs. Best of all, the hotel location is at the heart of the shopping district of Osaka.
Cons. It would be great if they had a bit of variety in their breakfast buffet. It would also be nicer if you can watch TV with an option to have English subtitles at the very least. They can also improve the wifi because the signal was very erratic. Other than those, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.
Cons. Dirty. More like 1.5 star motel.

Cons. The entire hotel smelled like bleach and smoke. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Walls were stained, rooms smelled over bearing like bleach and cleaning products I had to leave early. The carpet smelled I felt dirty after leaving. None of the previous reviews held up to the facility. Like staying in a run down hospital. Will never book a hotel through kayak again. And I travel for work and pleasure very regularly. Might be the worst experiment at a "4 star hotel" I've experienced in my life
