Pros (+) The view was nice. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of our questions about local tours and sights.
Cons (-) I didn't like that the elevator was broke down for most of a day. On our last nite, they were running around, with the fire alarm going off, trying to determine if it was real or not....isnt the safety of the guests more important than saving a response from the fire dept?
