Nice gardens for scenery, play area for children. Plenty of seating etc in the gardens for a warm sunny day.

Friendly welcome from female at reception . Clean room. Nice / filling breakfast served by efficient although quite serious male member of staff. Lovely garden and playground facilities for the children . The family room was very small. Two single beds and bunkbeds in a very tight space . Dated decor in bed room / ensuite . The hotel was on a busy road in a retail area next to an airport . However it was not very noisy.
