Pros. The rooms were spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons. The cream for coffee was spoiled at midnight. It was sitting in warm water. The food was well stocked however the hot food was problematic. During breakfast, at 8:30am when there weren’t any hash browns left, I was told they ran out and they never serve hashbrowns. 10 minutes later they put out some more. On the second day at 9:30am this happened again this time they ran out of bacon and omelettes. When they brought out omelettes they were still frozen and I asked about it the staff shrugged and didn’t do anything about it.
Pros. Standard room size, and amenities. Good breakfast spread. Lots of information at front desk. Some of the staff members were very helpful and promptly attended to our requests. For example, the bathroom door knob was broken when we arrived and we told them the next morning. They replaced it that afternoon itself.
Cons. The staff at the front desk who was present when we checked in was very sarcastic, almost rude. The layout of the hotel is a little weird in that the french doors in some of the ground floor rooms faces the parking lot. The carpet was damp from the rain.
