Air-con in the room not only didn’t work but pumped out hot air, when I spoke to the hotel they informed me it was not set to winter mode and if it was too hot I should open a window !! This resulted in a highly disrupted night sleep, the rest of the hotel was lively, but I won’t be coming back.

In the bedrooms, the choice of opaque glass door to the bathroom was an odd one. Especially as in my room it faces directly onto the bed. I may look stylish, but is not particularly sound proof! And if anyone wants to us the bath room in thhe night, the doors is lit up like an enormous night light!
