Location was fantastic. Staff very nice and efficient. Room a little small but what is expected in a large busy city
Rooms at the front are a little bit noisy
Very attentive staff and very comfortable accommodation
Breakfast was a bit lacking and the music was too loud.
Breakfast was cancelled due to chef booking sick at 7am and although this was only continental breakfast, they could provide no cover?
The room was scruffy! Dirty marks on the walls. Lamp broken! I’ve stayed here before and loved it but not staying again!
