poor quality dirty place. not recommended
The staff were helpful and the location was very convenient to Gare du Nord.
The room was a bit tired as were the stairs, but not unreasonably so given it's a two star hotel, close to a major railway station in an old building. The lift was very 'petite' as Parisian lifts can be.
Would be adequate for 1960s Morocco - small room, no bathroom door, tiny TV high up on the wall, 1st floor on a busy street, window not closing very well
only good thing about that hotel is location
very untidy and stinky rooms, dirty bad covers.. extreemly small room
The location is really fantastic. As an indian , me spotting saravana bhavan hotel very close was a big thing for me . The staff also are very good. I have stayed here 3 years ago as well and will not hesitate to pick again
The bathroom fittings had issues. Closet was loosely fixed, and the glass stand below the mirror as well.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Was very close to the Metro at Gare du Nord and also on the main bus routes from the centre of the city making it easy to get around.
The rooms decor could do with updating but on the whole it was all clean and acceptable.
Location to the station
This was the grottiest hotel we have stayed in for years. I had to put my shoes on after I had a shower as the carpet looked dirty.
We stay in 6th floor (top floor). There is no light in the pulic area. For the sake of safety, the light equipment should be fixed right away.
Close to the metro and rur station (20 m), nice and big bathroom
A little bit smal room
