I would not recommend the Linden Suites. Not worth the price. The room was spacious(one bedroom suite). A/C temperature controls did not work properly. Great location to Mall
I've stayed at the Linden Suites several times and continue to be pleased. My most recent visit, Mar/Apr 2012, proved to be the same. The staff is nice and recieving, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was outstanding. For the value, this is a wonderful hotel.
They let us checked- in early because we arrived early and we were upgraded to 3 bedroon suite! Staff were very nice and helpful.
I had a quick overnight stay prior to flying back to U.S. The check-in process seemed a little longer than normal. I had made the reservation utilizing Travel agency but did not have a printer. The hotel, even though they showed the reservation, requested that I provide a printed receipt. This process seemed to take some time as i had to utilize their business center. Other than that, the price was good, location was ok, and room was nice. I had stayed in the Discovery Suites just days before (upon arrival) which to me seemed to be much better. The cost was about $* more per night but well worth it. If you have a choice and a slightly larger budget, I'd recommend the Discovery Suites.
Great hotel and very reasonably priced. We got a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. Customer service was outstanding in all departments we dealt with. Employees made sure that all our needs were met. The buffet breakfast was complete and the service provided in the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel is located close to major shopping malls and business establishment. We will definitely stay at the Linden Suites in our coming visits to the Philippines.
We had booked last minute because we needed a place to stay in Metro Manila and we were so lucky to have found The Linden Suites. It was a wonderful stay, great staff, great room. We will certainly consider staying there again!
The hotel is centrally located in Manilas shopping district of Manila. Our room was large and nicely presented, the staff extra ordinarily welcoming and accommodating, but it was the scrumptious breakfast buffet and outstanding dining room staff that were most memorable, amazing, even by Philippine standards. The waiters remembered our preferences day after day. Even when we left for a week and came back, they remembered my name and that I liked fresh cut mangos with my breakfast and found some in the kitchen to bring to our table - no charge, of course. All of this cost $* USD a night. How could I beat this deal?
I stay at the Linden Suites on business as it is very close to our Manila office. My first impression upon arriving was mixed, but since it was my first stay in Manila i didn't know what I was getting into. The staff were absolutely great. The room was nicely appointed with very good amenities. Security for taxi's and entrance to the hotel is good. They do provide a complimentary breakfast which is good, but not great. CONs: Bed could have been better, but it wasn't terrible Indoor pool was a playground for children and very small.
I stayed in The Linden Suites few weeks ago and I must say that my stay there was PERFECT!! My check in experience up to check out was very memorable. In my 3 days stay, the staff already knew my name and my preference. They even gave me a present when they know that it was my birthday. The staff brought the cake in my room. (I'm so surprised). I would surely recommend this Hotel to my friends.
My two gold necklaces placed in a LL Bean waist bag were stolen on the day of check out, hence I did not found out about the theft until we were back in US. Breakfast buffet and housekeeping were nothing to brag about. I would definitely not recommend staying in this place.\n
