9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great luxury hotel for a great value.
Cons: Remote from Ft. Myers where we stayed previously
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Westin offered luxury at every turn. We loved the room and waterfront views. I would definitely stay there again. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help.
Cons: No complaints.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It smells great! The aromatherapy is amazing! Even outside the lobby.
Cons: There was a rooftop wedding Saturday night. I chose to pay more for the Westin so I could relax, rather than staying in a cheaper hotel known for partying. I couldn't relax in my hotel room because the music was so loud.
7.3 Good
Pros: The view and location
Cons: The pool is too small and nothing fancy or different from any of the inferior competitors.
8.0 Excellent
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet, comfortable room and beds, good location, didn't really need to leave the property other than high cost of incidentals. For what we paid we got a good deal and were completely satisfied. I would recommend.
Cons: Seemed like virtually every server/bartender were late 50's to 60's which normally doesn't bother me except they wore their age on their sleeve. Meaning they seemed burned out and going through the motions. There were visible staff disagreements too. Housekeeping was so-so but we weren't too bothered by that.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: The music at the pool
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are large and have everything you need for a enjoyable stay.
Cons: Room was clean but the beds did have dust and hairs heavily present in the rails around the frame

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Liked the discounted price, convenient location to family's home, roomy bathroom, room amenities.
Cons: * No access to Fox News, the only channel we watch. * The bed nearest the air conditioner had springs that could be felt. * The thick bed cover was much too warm and no other choice was provided so the temperature had to be turn way down. Always too hot or too cold - rarely comfortable. Should have removed the comforters from the duvets. Will do next time.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very good central location, large clean rooms and a Tesla destination charger! Didn’t try the free breakfast as we were visiting family. Location is a bit off the path and industrial, but no issues otherwise
8.0 Excellent
Pros: front desk
Cons: no restaurants or bar

8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the how spacious the room was, but the beds are not too comfortable at all. Other than that, We loved their staff and how kind they were. The location is pretty good relative to going to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island.
Cons: We didn't like the beds.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very clean. Included 2 twin beds which were relatively comfortable (for boxspring mattresses). Staff was friendly, checking was easy. Continental breakfast is bagels, juice and coffee, but I recommend one of the local German bakeries instead.
Cons: The term "resort" is a bit of a stretch but the hotel was clean and safe overall. We were fortunate to be on the back side, away from the Tiki Bar (which can get pretty loud). Overall, it was fine for what we needed.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: It was nice, heated pool, comfy beds.
Cons: A little noisy, and they didn't give us washcloths ( we didn't ask either) and it was completely booked so parking close to your room was hard.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and comfortable room.
Cons: Not all tv channels HD. Breakfast organization was somewhat chaotic.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: More information about hotel in room needed. How pool towls, where breakfast was, locations of local beaches, taxi phone numbers
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service. The housekeeping staff not only replaced the towels but replaced them where we use them. For instance a clean washcloth was placed in the shower. A/C was nice and cold. Fridge in the room and tv were great. Room was very spacious. Great use of space. Free fast wifi
Cons: The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. We had two double beds. I'm 5 foot 125 lbs husband 6 ft 180 lbs and the bed seemed small. But not the worst in comfort. Also there is room for a much needed table next to the bed opposite the one in between the beds
4.8 Okay
Pros: It was clean. Cool shower head.
Cons: No security chain on door. Beds too small and poor quality. Furnishings outdated. Shower turned on by itself in middle of the night. Very loud - was woken up by what sounded like a hundred glass bottles being dumped onto a pile of glass at 1am. Incredibly overpriced for the quality.
7.7 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We loved the Tiki Bar. Brandon Maddox provided the live music and he was awesome. Really created a party atmosphere!
Cons: The exterior of the buildings needs a facelift, but the rooms were clean and comfortable.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: an older resort, but beds were very nice, the shower was to die for! Tiki hut was fun and crowded. The Band was too loud, had to yell at the person next to me. Seems everyone wants to not be heard anymore. Overall great value, I would stay again.

Cons: When I arrived to check in after midnight, I found that the room I had reserved was not what I was given. I reserved a smoking room (rare to find) and found that the entire wing of the hotel was non-smoking and a smoking room was not available. Front desk staff said my reservation stated non-smoking, while I had the email confirmation that stated a smoking room was reserved. I had to contact hotels.com who handled the booking and they were able to locate a nearby hotel that could accomodate me. I did not stay at this hotel, they were not helpful at all, not taking into account that I was travelling alone and it was by this time after 1 AM

4.0 Okay
Cons: The first room that we checked into was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! There were things in the room that should have NEVER been there. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month...dust EVERYWHERE, urine on the toilet and other things in the bathroom I will NOT mention. I took pictures it was so gross. The manager on duty, Mike, was very pleasant, and upgraded us to a much nicer room that was perfect for our family, but only after checking it was clean for me first. He was extremely appologetic and offered to help us with anything we needed. He was so embarassed about the first room that I felt sorry for him.

Cons: Very out dated. It had a tube TV from the 80's. shower was clogged and drained slowly.
