Pros. How close it was to everything
Cons. Bed was rock hard but other hotels in Thailand at this price point had the same rock hard beds.
Pros. Location was good.
Cons. The front desk staff is the worst I've ever experienced in all of Thailand. I would move to a different hotel but I already paid for my stay and they refused to offer any refund. There has been no Wifi in entire hotel for 4 days and I've complained to front desk as well as many other guests who all complain of no internet but front desk staff tell all customer that internet is working when they know it is not!! I had hotel engineer come to my room to try and fix the problem, and talk to three other hotel guests on my floor who are also without internet, the front desk tell them the internet is working when they know it is not, they just LIE to hotel guest's face for 4 days now. The engineer test the routers in my building and he tell me two routers are not working. It was obvious the two routers needed to be replaced but engineer told me hotel manager refused to buy new router despite knowing the problem of numerous hotel guests complaining about no internet access! All the while, the hotel staff has had internet access for the last 4 days as I've seen them use computers in the lobby. If internet access is important or staff/management telling the truth, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff & manager (Anutsara Yoyyangthong) of this hotel are nothing but LIARS!
