Pros (+) The room was clean. The bathroom (tub, toilet, sink) appeared spotless and the facilities still looks new (even though it only opened in 2017?). Pet-friendly, which is nice to see. Check in/out were quick and painless. The closest (2 fast food) restaurants are 1/2 mile away, accessible by fairly well-lit sidewalk, with a few more another 1/2 mile away.
Cons (-) There was a small dog barking ALL afternoon non-stop down the hall. I was exhausted so I passed out shortly after arriving in my room so I was not too bothered by it, but others might be. Being a pet/dog owner I took more comfort knowing this hotel was pet-friendly than being bothered by the barking. Just thought this was worth mentioning for those who would be bothered by it.
