Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions, the lake, and public transport. The service and staff were described as exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, often going above and beyond by offering complimentary breakfast items like croissants and coffee, even when not included in the booking. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with many noting tidy rooms, though a few mentioned issues like ants or minor cleaning lapses. The breakfast experience received positive feedback for its quality and the pleasant surprise of being offered for free. However, some guests reported negative experiences with noise at night and occasional unpleasant smells in the bathroom, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
