Pros: awesome room, fabulous sheets, comfortable bed, great breakfast. everything was outstanding
Pros: I enjoyed the location and knowledge of the staff. They were helpful with what was local to visit.
Cons: I was upset there was not a safe in the room. I was traveling with my passport and did not have a safe place to keep it other than on my person. Would have liked to have a safe.
Pros: Plenty of towels. Friendly staff
Cons: The sausage and cheese biscuit ran immediately through me.
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was amazing!!!!! The best I’ve seen that’s included in the nightly rate. Room was cozy. Felt like a little apartment cuz of the full kitchen area. I loved the pool and the hot tub!
Cons: I liked this property a lot...but Brookfield Wisconsin is super boring. That’s my only complaint which has nothing to do with the hotel. I had nothing to do during down town between visiting family.
Pros: the location was perfect and the breakfast was awesome.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Spacious room. Nice view.
Cons: Couch bed was uncomfortable.sheets and blanket for the couch bed were very thin. Kids were banging all day and night on the floors above.
Pros: The room and complimentary coffee and apples at any hours . Really helps late night travelers keep going
Cons: No one was at the front desk when we got there to check in . It took awhile to find someone .
Pros: The room was very clean. Loved the large blue towels by the pool! Usually they’re annoyingly tiny.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Breakfast and staff was good!!!
Cons: Pool was horrible, too much chlorine, my son’s eyes were shot red, and even a day after his skin still smelled like it!!!

Cons: Beds are Extremely small and do not accommodate 2 adults. Staff had a very poor attitude towards anyone who did not book directly through the hotel website. Pros: Ridiculously clean!!!! Rooms well put together and comfortable.
Cons: Seemed a bit expensive.
Pros: We found our room and the beds the best for a hotel in a long time. The extra blanket in the drawer, the choice of pillows, from soft to hard, were all a big plus. We had a very relaxing solid night's sleep. The only thing we missed was a microwave in our room, but one was available just down the hall by the ice machine so it worked out. Enjoyed the coffee and tea. The condiment supplies are a nice touch. Appreciated the built in night light above the shower too. Having quality bath products in the bathroom are another plus. The Lineup selections for the TV were the best I've seen in a hotel in a long time and all the buttons on the remote worked, such as Mute, Closed Caption and the Menu Channel matched the shows with time. The staff was professional, approachable and had answer for our questions. Enjoyed the bar area with a wonderful bartender. Nice selection of drinks from sodas to cocktails and beers. Our family was able to relax, share stories, pictures and even watch the Brewers game. The restaurant downstairs has a nice selection of quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely stay here again which is very possible since we have yearly family reunions in Wisconsin.
Cons: Just missing a microwave in the room.
Pros: Located with easy access to other destinations.
Cons: Extra cost for breakfast seems excessive since we just wanted coffee and toast.
Pros: Very comfortable bed and wonderful shower.
Cons: The air is hard to adjust-and also turns off at night. Was getting ready for a wedding and couldnt get the ac below 78.
Pros: It was OK, not great.
Cons: It was fine
Pros: Updated bathroom.
Cons: Would be nice to be able to charge phones without block. Just a small update needed
Pros: Breakfast at a reasonable price
Cons: Whole facility was a bit tired. Price was a little high per night compared to other hotels where we stayed along our trip route.
Pros: Very nice Lobby area and large rooms with great bath Several restaurants near within walking distance away, 2 minutes off high way but very quiet
Cons: Not much
Pros: We had a very nice stay at the Holiday inn , Pewaukee! We would highly recommend ! The pool was so nice and bright , everything was organized and clean. The staff were all friendly, helpful and organized . Everything was great! Most importantly , the bathroom and rooms were clean, nice clean white sheets , towels, bright rooms and quiet ! The hotel had very good sound-proofing. We slept wonderfully! We will be staying again for sure!
Cons: Pretty much have no complaints, everything about this stay was perfect for us and our kids!
Pros: A light that I was close to the lobby and didn't have to haul bags up and down an elevator Long hallways and such.
Cons: I'm not sure why but I was given a handicap accessible room. This might have had to do with my late check-in, but I think that should have been expressed at the time I checked in. The room was very comfortable but the shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor. The nest night I came back to the entire lobby filled with people and had to precariously Dodge through all the moving bodies in order to get to my room. Now being that I had a handicap accessible room I was the first room down the hallway, which made it very noisy with all of the people in the lobby.
Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Close to freeway and great restaurant next door.
Cons: Price was a little much but it was a weekend of festivity's.
Pros: The staff was super friendly! Room was clean and well maintained. Pool was very nice. Loved the double shower head!
Cons: The hot tub jets were not working. In the pictures on the website it shows basketball hoops in the pool that were actually removed a year prior, disappointed. We could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the room next to us.

Cons: I wasn't given the room I booked.
Pros: Was all ok.
Cons: Swimming pool did work.
Cons: It's secluded
Cons: Veiw was aweful. Looked at wall full of mold
Pros: Beautifully renovated property. Water park that is as delightful as a great wolf lodge. The food in the restaurant was delicious. And the staff was amazing.
Cons: The door locks could be a little more secure. My 3 year old was able to easily escape the hotel room.
Pros: Although the waterpark passes were not included they were only $20 extra for 5 passes both days i was there.
Cons: Water park passes were not included in hotel stay.
Pros: Room was organized bed amazing comfortable...Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Staff trippin bout the littlest thing in pool area
Pros: Since this booking did not include the water park I can't say much positive about it. Their was plenty of free parking. (Very few guest on a Friday night, I wonder why?)
Cons: They charge $30 extra to use the water park. Very dated, and not worth the price hotel. Musty smell threw out the hotel and room. No continental breakfast inclued for the high price but for $7.50 per person you can get what most hotels give for free.
Pros: The Bathroom door needs to have a lock on it. We had a deluxe suite, but couldn't have privacy while showering. Someone could walk right in and the shower doors are glass and they don't even try to obscure the view.
Cons: no bathtubs available....only stand up showers
Pros: We were very happy with breakfast overall, but 2 out of 3 times, my coffee didn't stay cold in the carafe, or maybe it wasn't hot to start with.
Cons: Cold coffee

Cons: Late check in would not give me my senior discount
Pros: Convenient location. Easy check in.
Cons: Fitness room was very tiny and limited with equipment. Essentially a walk in closet with a few pieces of cardio equipment and some light dumbbells.
Pros: Location to interstate.
Cons: For the price I paid, I expected a room that had a more comfortable pull out bed.
Pros: Happy hour, breakfast, and amenities.
Pros: Room for was nice and large. The beds were ok but not great. The sheets were great!
Cons: Comfort of beds and pull out...
Cons: Room was filthy. Bathtub had dirty all over. Sheets were dirty
Pros: Nothing. Poor customer service overshadowed my opinion. Accommodate your travelers, especially if you are able to without asking for more money.
Cons: Arrived at 415pm to check in and one of the rooms was not ready. In addition, the three rooms booked were far apart. When I asked for a different room, the representative at the hotel informed me that it would be a $40 up charge for a different room. I was here for a basketball tournament and need to be close to the team to appropriately chaperone. You can hear everything through the walls and people walking upstairs. The toilet seat was stained. Not worth it. Too, expensive for bad service. Plus, since check in was delayed, I requested late check out and was instructed to call back in the morning. Poor customer service overshadowed everything.
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Not at all
Pros: The bed was like a brick and the linens felt forty plus years old. Disgusting
Cons: Beds, carpet, hot tub,
Pros: It was very clean and I loved all the games they had for kids. They had several options for breakfast.
Cons: The pool was on the cold side, the bar is closed on the weekends and the rooms on the first floor by the pool were humid
Pros: We liked that it was in a good location and it was very quiet. We also like it was family friendly with games in the lobby area!
Cons: We wish we had been offered a poolside room we wanted to switch but were unable to we would have had to paid again for the room.
Cons: Staff was not very accommodating. I wanted to use my AARP discount and they said I was not able to. Room smelled like beer was in the carpeting and also had sticky spots on the carpet. Refrigerator did not work. The knob was missing to turn it on.

Cons: I can not think of anything negative to say.
Pros: It was pretty quiet.
Cons: There was always people by every door, going in and out, smoking at all times of the day and night. The available parking in the front of the hotel is very minimal.
Pros: The clerk at the desk when I checked in at 2:50 was very pleasant, informative and helpful Great customer service!!
Cons: The location is less than ideal Being close to the highway is a plus, but since its tucked away behind a gas station, battery store and restaurant, It was a challenge trying to find the driveway to the front desk/front door
Pros: Close to where we needed to be
Cons: No deals on price, especially since I've stayed there twice already
Cons: Very busy
Pros: The room was very nice with comfy beds.
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: Everything on the breakfast bar was cold. Oatmeal was in a cooker but it was cold. Eggs were cold also, disappointing when you wake up hungry.
Pros: Everything was very nice and clean and overall we had a very good experience
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: You could make your own waffle. That is literally the only thing we liked .
Cons: Kellie the manager was extremely unfriendly and repeatedly blamed the fact that she charged us for a night that we were not even there , because of an issue with booking.com on us! The room we were in didn’t even have a working toilet , it was filthy and I cleaned pubic hairs off the bathroom floor with sanitizing wipes ! My daughter had a hair in her bed and the sheets looked obviously rumpled and slept in. The floor had dog hair on it , I took pictures! We were put in a dog friendly room that they didn’t even disclose to us and my daughter has allergies ! The floor and carpet felt damp and disgusting and my daughters’ socks were wet getting into bed ! Our pillows were all damp , just terrible . It smelled musty and it felt like a dungeon room. It was a dirty room . We will never stay or recommend that hotel to anyone ever!

Pros: Good location
Pros: I liked the location. The staff was pleasant but not overly friendly.
Cons: The room was not the cleanest. (Dirty under sink and the floor around bed. Tub was not very nice either.) The bed itself was nice. The stairs going up to room were very dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in quite a while. The shower in the pool area only had cold water....the hot did not work. The knob just kept on turning and it never got warm.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Broken door that fell on me. Air conditioning barely worked. Tub and sinks drained poorly. Ugly, broken down bathroom with the smell of alcohol wafting in the hallway. The worst hotel I ever experienced.
