Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for their needs. Some guests also appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of certain rooms, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as outdated furniture, worn carpets, and bathrooms in need of repair. There were also concerns about value for price, with several guests feeling that the quality did not match the cost, especially regarding parking fees and the overall condition of the rooms. While the service was mixed, with some positive mentions of staff, others experienced unprofessional or rude behavior. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room upkeep, and value for money.AI-Generated from customer reviews
