The overall cleanliness was awful. Due to COVID or staffing or whatever, our trash was never emptied on our 4 day stay. They ask that we request for trash removal by 9am the day prior. I requested trash removal on Monday afternoon for trash removal on Tuesday….nothing. None of the requests were given, higher floor, extra foam pillows, and extra towels. In fact, they only gave us one set of towels for the two of us. Not to mention the furniture had no room for clothes, so if you have a multiple day stay, try to squeeze your clothes where you can. To make matters worse, the last day we were thinking of extending our stay until the toilet overflowed. We had Bigfoot above us, which made sleep next to impossible. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel was understanding and gave us one day off our stay. I would recommend making a concerted effort to accommodate your clients. Cleaning is a must, especially during a pandemic. Wear a mask when handling customers and customers should wear one too, especially if you have a sign on the door saying it is required.

Pros. We loved the friendly staff! We arrived after 11:40pm and was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing, hot tea, coffee and ice water was served 24 hours. Warm cookies on the counter after dinner, really hit the spot. When we needed anything, the staff responded. Hotel was clean and very well kept. Highly recommend!
