We had a family vacation and stayed in a two-bedroom villa next to the river for almost two weeks. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as it looked on the pictures from the website. No complaints at all, we loved everything about the hotel - great selection of food for breakfast, very friendly and helpful personnel, two spa treatments per day per person that are included in the price, a very picturesque green territory of the hotel... We definitely look forward to coming back again soon! Highly recommended!

actual villa was good, clean, well organized and fancy enough. People are kind and very polite.
There was some minor mistakes such as booking shuttle bus and miss the cart. Also massage schedule was weird too. I sent a whole schedule of massages during vacation, but I had to book again and I and my wife had to get massage different time.

I really don't know where to start! This resort excels in too many areas. Breakfast, friendly staffs, space, exclusiveness, private pool in the villa, view and that long sandy beach exclusive for the guests. I couldn't stop praising (bragging) about this resort!
I think the lunch and dinner menu at the resort can be improved.

Nice calm resort with relaxing treatments included, great for a rainy day. Room was very nice, with private pool and very clean. Exactly as stated in the booking.
The hotel has some issues, improper for a 5 star hotel. For example: - free shuttle should be provided at all times, we had to come by taxi fue to a four hour flight delay - we had breakfast in the room, and wasn't picked up until next day even though we asked for it three times. - buggy from villa to reception (rainy day) never arrived Minor things that don't belong in a 5 star hotel
