Pros: Best place to stay in Easley, and I've stayed at ALL of the hotels there.
Pros: Rooms were nice and clean
Cons: Exercise room to snall
Pros: Nothing at this facility. Cannot believe this unit was part of Hampton chain. Absolutely awful experience.
Cons: Booked into wrong room. Room smelled like an opium den, burn marks on carpet, given can of Tabriz and told to deal with it. Hard to communicate with night clerk with her kids running amuck in lobby. Trash truck came at 3:00 am and slammed dumpster down so hard sounded like a train wreck. An hour later the front of the A/C unit fell off, around 7:30ish maid smashes into door with vaccum then they start hollering at each other down the hall. Went to breakfast to find the chafing dish used for eggs was filthy. The internal hinge was impacted with old food. I nearly threw up. Went to leave and an employee was using all three carts to hold his work items. I travel a lot for business and I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in 10 years and this includes some real rat traps. I have stayed at dozens of Hampton Ins all over and never dreamed they would allow anything like this. Shameful.

Pros: It was very clean and close to shopping .breakfast was very good
Cons: The pillows were not comfortable to sleep on and we were told that if we checked in before 3pm we would be changed $30 more
Pros: Non smoking room smelled like smoke
Pros: Location was convinient for us.
Cons: Not clean, dirty counters, dirty sheets, hair all over sheets. Internet did not work. Old water heater on the sidewalk between my vehicle & room. Room door broken, Poor service from staff. No new room, no refund, I took my family to a new hotel.
Cons: Portion of the floor was bare cement. Smells, cleanliness, outside doors are a turnoff.
Pros: Like the location.
Cons: Non smoking rooms smells like a smoking room, personel smoking rigth in front of the hotel next to the door of the room, I got a handicapped room which didnt meet my needs bc I am not disable and was not comfortable for my height, too low bed andshower
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Other tenants.
Pros: Friendly representative at check in.
Cons: Only thing is that it sits off the road a little bit and is easy to miss the proper turn to go to the hotel from the main road. That is not a dislike, but it is the only problem I had.
Cons: Stained walls and sheets; missing carpet. Bathroom dark and very small (couldn't open door while on toilet, couldn't get in shower with door open). ABSOLUTELY NOT a 2.5 star hotel, allegedly akin to a Hampton Inn & Suites or Holiday Inn.
Cons: These hotels are not 2.5 star.very dissatisfied
Pros: Room was very nice, comfortable bed, everything clean.
Pros: There was really not much to like.
Cons: Only one room was available when we arrived, it was a smoking, so we could not stay. Lost all our money (3 day booking) because they wouldn't cancel. Manager was impossible to reach. Were told we could cancel, and then told we couldn't...
Pros: Because our car broke down, we had to come in a day late. This was not a problem. The room was clean, the beds were not too hard. The staff was welcoming and breakfast was good. The coffee was not burnt nor was the sausage gravy. I would stay there again
Cons: No. It was all good.

Pros: Located where we needed, friendly helpful staff when required, rooms are comfortable and spacious with just a hint of Mustiness about them, the Non smoking rule hadn't been adhered to I assumed.
Breakfast was pleasant not to much or too little, a good mix.
Hotel has a computer you can use also.
Cons: Housekeeping were a little lacking having left some residue of the last tenant on the back of the toilet seat, we had to clean off before we felt comfortable enough to use the facilities along with other surfaces.
Location only allows limited access due to road layout, can be a little tricky to access.
Trains blowing whistles at odd times during the night takes some getting use too.

Cons: yes, the bed bugs.
Pros: Quiet, good location
Cons: Dirty room
Pros: Nothing they had bedbugs and refused to refund my money
