I called the day before to make sure the indoor pool and lazy river was open and working, I was told yes they were!! When we got there the lazy river was green and not working and the pool was not heated. Then we found bed bugs in the bed, that was the last straw.
The hotel is going through renovations. There was no signage about any amenities available. They had quite a bit of trouble finding my reservation. It was saved under another name, Jamie; ( there's no one in my family named Jamie). The hallways & room had a musty smell and we killed a roach in our room.
Cons. TV only had 2 channels all weekend. Could not see strip as told. Name on reservation was wrong and would not correct name Even though the credit card was correct and charged.
