We didn't get NO breakfast
We had spent out $30+ go out breakfast for 2 mornings . When the web site say free breakfast. It don't make sence that you can go Buffett. The ppl works there they dip your food up
No breakfast staff ( guy) didn't know his job or room locations , he was aweful
Only thing I did like was a fan they loaned me cause to was so hot in my room
It was close to all the places we had plan to go to that's it.
The room smelled like cigerattes. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and to worried about playing with his iPhone. Advertising lazy river, jacuzzi outdoor pool , and heated indoor pool. But the only thing open was the indoor pool but it wasn't heated . The beds were like laying on rocks. The AC barely worked. The room was booked for 4 adults but only 2 towels so constantly having to go ask for more. The key cards was messed up and had to walk back 5 times before finally another person fixed and walked down for me so I would have to keep walking. I was extremely disappointed. If I could have canceled at the time of check in I would have and went across the street rooms where cheaper nicer and pools worked . The furniture was outdated. And the fridge about to fall over. And the water is so hard you get out of the shower feeling nasty. Wifi was super slow.
No breakfast due to Covid
I was not pleased with the appearance of the property at all.
It smelled of bad carpet when you first walk in. There was holes in the wall off the elevator on the sixth floor. The boarders of the hotel needs attention obviously lack of dusting and vacuuming. The pools were green. The hot tub was ice cold and the lazy river is out of order.
