Pros (+) The room has a nice fireplace which was very nice after coming in out of the cold.
Cons (-) The overhead heating and air unit made loud noises all night resulting in loss of sleep. The facility was nice in appearance and clean. We would say again but would request a different area. Management felt that the unit was getting ready to go out. They was going to adjust our rate but couldn’t due to booking from a second party. They did give us a voucher for the coffee shop.

Pros (+) Location is perfect for strolling the parkway, dining, shopping, relaxing, and having an awesome time with your friends. The rooms are very comfortable and excellent house keeping.
Cons (-) The hotel needs more room for checking in or needs to stagger check in times. We had to wait in our car in line for about 30 minutes to unpack, get valet service and check in. Also, disappointed that the gas to the fireplace was cut off on 4/1. The weather was unusually cold and it would have been very nice to be able to use the fireplace.
