We stayed at the Ramada Inn in on last weekend. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great it was nice to get breakfast included:):)
The worst part about this hotel were the other guests. Two nights in a row were met with a couple arguing. However, as for the hotel; it was quite clean or as clean as staff can make it. The staff was very pleasant and quick with check-in/check-out. And it's a good 20 minutes from Baltimore and the convention center. I recommend you not stay there so I'll know I'l have a room available for Otakon next year.
The friendly and courteous staff made our stay very enjoyable. And we liked our room overlooking the courtyard and pool.
I am not very demanding when it comes to rooms, and it was clean and well serviced, but the door was broken to the room (it wouldn't lock) and the blankets had burn holes in them. Still, the bed was fairly comfortable, the refrigerator worked, and shower had decent pressure. You get what you pay for.
Halfway decent. Some rooms are nicer than others. Seems as though a partial renovation occurred.
I have been very pleased with the value for the price. My room is clean and comfortable. As a business traveler, I asked the staff for a desk in my room. Upon my arrival the next day there was a desk and nice office chair. I have stayed here 5 weeks already and just booked three more. Any suggestions I have made have been gladly accommodated by the General Manager and housekeeping staff.
The room was nice and clean, liked the staff. The first night however there was a lot of commotion outside the room.I was not sure if the people involved were fighting or playing or if they were hotel residents or just passing by.There did not seem to be any security. Those people banged on the door in the scuffle. That was very scary. The worst part was that it was about 10pm. House keeping was very good and courteous.
The room was small and there are outside doors, but it was a good value for an overnight stay. The staff was very nice and accomodating.
Love the remodeled bathrooms with the feaux marble counters and shower. Breakfast was a little sparse. We would stay again.
The hotel is right on the highway which is convenient. However, the hotel is old and needs updating. The security of the locks is questionable. Overall, we are disappointed. Someone was trying to steal our car at night. We went out and the thief went away.
I stayed on the inside of the hotel with a nice view of the pool and the courtyard. Eventhough it's a motel I believe that it's a good budget motel with a nice pool for anyone to enjoy.
Towels need to be replaced, dirty bathroom, unattractive bed, for the price i paid i didnt receive a fridge or microwave, teenagers made too much noise that night and management did nothing, had to call police to control the situation. Need I Say More?
I spent one night on business travel, the carpet was filthy, I was afraid to be barefoot and the tub was disgusting!!
this was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. everything was disgusting!!!
We just needed someplace inexpensive to stay while my son was at camp. Contenental breakfast was awful! Room could have been cleaner. Close enough to Baltimore without the high rates.
Never stay here during Preakness weekend-- it is college student party central and the management will do nothing to stop it. Expect noise all night long. Service and rooms sub-par, too. Never take the shuttle to the Preakness-- the driver will abandon you and not come to pick you up.
