Pros: The Indigo is in a great location, not too close to the busy inner harbor, but walking distance to many things. Plenty of good food, drink and coffee nearby. Get a corner suite if you can!
Pros: Friendly service. Helpful staff terrific bar with great food. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Highly recommend
Pros: I really liked this hotel and want to visit again. The rooms were nice, decor was tasteful, and in room amenities quality. I booked the room last minute for a one night stay, but intend to return. Menu and cocktails at the hotel restaurant (Poets) were delightful. the front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.
Cons: The service at Poets was very slow, it appeared there was only one server on that shift, and he was overwhelmed, but the delays were unacceptable. I was also surprised that the hotel does not appear to offer express check out through the TV. I haven't checked out in person from a hotel in years unless there was a problem. However, this was definitely mitigated by very attentive front desk staff -- checkout was a breeze.
Pros: A nice, comfortable room in a great part of the city. Friendly staff and trendy decor.
Cons: I'm not sure why anyone would put a sliding door on a bathroom.
Pros: Cute hotel
Good price for parking
Pros: Warm and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and quiet. We will definitely be returning. :)
Pros: The Mount Vernon boasts a great location; clean, comfortable (but nothing too luxurious) rooms; a very helpful staff; and a free breakfast every morning-- all at a terrific value for how close it gets you to Inner Harbor and all that downtown Baltimore has to offer. This is not the perfect hotel, but it can't be beat for the value!
Cons: There are a number of problems to consider when booking at the Mount Vernon. Parking is difficult, especially if you arrive late (our drive to Baltimore got us in after 3); there is a parking garage across the street, but it is closed overnight; and there is an open-air parking lot two blocks away. Parking is fairly inexpensive in these lots, but some travelers may not be comfortable with these options. Accommodations are also sparse; the rooms are comfortable, but not big, and there were small problems for the staff to remedy. For example, the hair dryer in our room was broken and seemed unsafe for use. Lastly, the free breakfast that is offered is not that good. They provide coffee, tea, juices, cereal, yogurt, breakfast breads, and some hot options, like eggs, grits, and hash browns. The hot options were not always available on time, and were uniformly underwhelming. But, it is free, which makes it more difficult to complain.
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Internet was useless. Needed it for work and it wouldn't work
Pros: Location. Nice rooms! The breakfast
Pros: The location was excellent.
Cons: The room was poorly cooled, the television didn't work, the bathroom sink drain was broken, the television remote control didn't work when the television did, the breakfast was mostly very poor quality and the towels might as well have been paper.
Cons: Molded refrigerator on the inside and out was brought to our room. Took pictures pretty bad.
Pros: It was comfortable there--a large bed and a large desk which are what I needed the most there.
Cons: Both of the bedside lamps were not working, and the standing lamp was a little bit broken but still working. One of the two charging plugs was not working.

Cons: The manager took advantage of me in a bad situation. I had made a reservation via Kayak that was recorded for the day I made the reservation instead of the day I needed the room. So, this Holiday Inn Express Manager was happy to give me a room, but at double the price of my reservation. It was late. I had kids with me, and no car.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Modern rooms, walkable to Camden yards and inner harbor, reasonable room rate for this upscale hotel
Cons: Our room backed up to elevator, could hear that all night.
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful views, great gym, affordable, clean, and cozy
Pros: Beds, pillows, access to pool.
Cons: Some repairs needed, esp. in bathrooms and pool area. Pool closed at 10 PM. A fridge was in the room but no minibar/snacks. The smoke alarm flashed all night (brightly).
Pros: The Italian toiletries in the bathroom were lovely!
Pros: The Staff was most accommodating, they make you feel like family.
they always greet you with a smile. Everyone was so helpful loved my stay there and will stay there again. It is close to a lot of places you can walk to, and walking distance to the stadiums.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel...
The view over the Harbor was Fabulous!!!
Cons: Not having a trash can by the little kitchen area, but I am a neat freak,
Pros: Out room was recently updated and was excellent. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The pool, spa and fitness room were first class. We enjoyed the entire experience.
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and had spectacular view of the harbor. Location is in walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We did not need to move our car during our stay. A free bus service Charm City stops close to hotel and was easy to use. The staff was very friendly
Cons: When we arrived there was no valet parking available. The hotel parking lot said full but we pulled in anyway & found plenty of spots. ( we think they put full sign up to discourage people going to baseball game from parking in lot ) Parking too expensive : $30 per day
Pros: nice bathroom
Restaurant was good
Cons: Room seemed dated
Pros: The staff had a wonderful attitude and were very attentive to customer needs. The fitness room was great; the buffet breakfast was a good value. The hotel is located in the inner harbor. The in room Keurig worked. This was a nice stay
Cons: Some of the furniture was pretty old but I really don't need anything fancy to put my clothes into.
Pros: I loved the facilities. Bathrooms are upscale. Very nice shower. The facilities and decor is tasteful and classy very calming and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious
Cons: The carpet in the rooms need updating although there were 2 double beds there was plenty of room for Queen beds.
Pros: Everyone was very courteous and they upgraded my room without my asking.
Cons: Parking a little pricey but that's the way it is anywhere downtown Baltimore. Valet feature is worth it.
Pros: Water front rooms are excellent, the view of the harbor was fantastic, especially at night. The location was also ideal, right there in the harbor close to everything I wanted to see and do.
Upholding the European tradition of grand style and gracious hospitality, the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore is the discriminating choice among Inner Harbor hotels.
Cons: Had to pay for internet.
No bottled water in room.
Dangerously slippery shower.
For $300+ per night these should not be issues.
Pros: Price was unbelievable. Location was great. View of harbor was nice. Lots to do around hotel. Great value.
Cons: No problems noted.
Pros: There was a short but pleasant stay to the hotel
Cons: No suggestions

Pros: We stayed at the Residence Inn for a weekend. This is a solid hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is complimentary; overall, a good value for the money. My only complaint is that the hotel staff knocked on our door around 9 am on our checkout day. I still don't understand the purpose for this; I found it annoying. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful stay!
Cons: When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby while I sat on hold with Kayak. Apparently there was an issue with Kayaks credit card. We had to eat in the lobby and my guests were fussy and the front desk couldn't even fix the issue. She had to call out for outside help. Unacceptable.
Pros: Nice rooms with a very good breakfast. Staff was very accommodating!

Cons: There was not an early check-in option which was challenging because of my conference schedule - that was disappointing.

Pros: The best buy for a 2.5 star hotel. Only opportunities I experienced were low shower water pressure and quality of the omelettes for breakfast. Very clean, friendly staff and great DirecTV channels to choose from.
Pros: Clean, pleasant, efficient. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. The best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at...
Pros: Looked New and Clean
Pros: The 2nd room we were given was better, then the first one and pancake machine (for the first day when it worked)
Cons: The first room they attempted to check us into had the door propped open, bed slept in, mouthwash half used. Basically it was being used as a sleeping room or something else by the hotel staff. Hair on the pillows and the bed clearly used. No Internet.
Pros: Clean hotel, great breakfast, convenient location!
Cons: Smoking area outside too close to entrance.
Cons: Pool opens too late on weekdays
Cons: Smoking area too close to hotel
Cons: Smoking area too close to entrance.
Pros: Easy to get to, decent overall.
Cons: No restaurants close by. Bathroom a bit dated. Room of average comfort.
Pros: The location is great. It is close to the casino and mall. Can walk to the shopping center across the street to buy groceries or get your nails done.
Cons: Long wait to check in. Once we got to the room, the key wouldn't work so I had to go back to the desk to get it activated. My brother had the same issue with his keys. He went to the desk three times before the keys would work.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very old hotel with lots of charm and character.
Cons: Lots of activity in nearby streets converted to excessive noise in room.
Pros: We arrived in Baltimore at Noon on a weekday and booked online while sitting in the car just down the block. I then called the Inn to get advice on parking and check-in time. Though check-in time was normally 3pm, they informed me that they had a room ready and that they could accommodate us immediately. Valet parking was offered - and though not included in the room rate, was very convenient and not too expensive. You can't beat booking a room on your phone and then walking into it 10 minutes later.
Every single member of the staff we encountered was super-friendly and very accommodating. Though we did not need anything special during our stay, it truly seemed like the sort of place where they would go out of their way - and be genuinely happy to do so.
The charm of the Inn - which includes a variety of very differently-appointed rooms - was only surpassed by the location. If you intend to hang out in the Fell's Point area, I can't imagine a better place to stay. We found it to be a comfortable walking distance to all of the Inner Harbor attractions as well.
We did not stay over a weekend night, so I really cannot attest to how the noise from nearby bars might affect the Inn when things (like live music) are going later on those nights, but we definitely enjoyed the proximity enough that I would put up with some of that even if it did filter into the rooms.
It was not inexpensive, but fairly priced. Will definitely stay there again on future trips.
Cons: This is not really even a complaint, but the first morning we found coffee and continental breakfast laid out in the lobby - and a very nice quaint atrium seating area nearby. There were no waitstaff present and no signs indicating anything about price, etc. so made the reasonable assumption that it was included. We found out after eating that it apparently was not, but when I offered repeatedly to pay they refused to accept it. Since they handled it this way, it is certainly a positive… but a little better communication would have prevented the situation.

Pros: The cost of the hotel was reasonable.
Cons: This facility looked a bit dated

Pros: Friendly, and helpful staff. Loved the attached grille.
Cons: Small bathrooms.
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, everything was kept clean, room was clean, and beds and pillows were quite comfortable.
Cons: Parking in the garage is 29$ a night/car which is no discount off regular garage price. It doesn't need to be free but it's way too expensive.
Cons: Tiny bathroom
Pros: Liked that all the employees I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Except for the guard in Saturday morning when we arrived. Was not very friendly. Watched me park get out of my car walk to the hotel door then said I could not park where I parked. I had parked where if said guest parking for 15 minutes. I did not park where there was a sign specifically reserved for a certain person. I told her I was not I that spot. I said there was nothing posted but she said had to move anyway. My question is why would she watch me park get out come to the door then tell me to move. Other than that I was very satisfied.
Cons: Room a little small. But not an issue.
Pros: Great location, close to inner harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price.
Pros: very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable
Cons: very crowded, hard to get an elevator at certain times due to large crowd
Pros: Convenience to convention center
Cons: No continental breakfast
Pros: I liked how convenient it was to the Baltimore M&T Bank football stadium and was in walking distance, making it easier for me to save money.
Cons: I did not like that the parking was $28.
Pros: Person that checked us in was the best .
Location and price was very good .
Also food and bar were tops.
Cons: Room was so hot , turned the Ac on and would only run for about 3 mins every 30 mins .
Also fool by unit was wet and bathroom floor had water all over it had to put towels down .
Room number 230 .
Next morning coffee bar, lady working was sick coughing and not washing hands manager toll her to close after my order.
Small things make big deals .
Pros: This "Days Inn" is in very good condition. The lobby is beautiful, The night staff are kind and accommodating, And the room is well equipped.
Cons: I do not feel like I was properly informed of the $26 parking fee. Had I known this i would have stayed somewhere else. Also there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways in a non smoking section.
Pros: Days Inn is crossing the street from the Convention Center. It has lots of food places nearby. Also, Cardem Yards is 3-5 minutes away (walking distance). Location is perfect for a walk. Furthermore, Light trail from the Airport to Cardem Yards is just $1.70 per person, or so.
Cons: The tub didn't drain. However, staff were addressing the issue the day we left. Apparently the situation was happening in the whole floor. Dispite that, the place is great value for the money.
Pros: Convenience was the main thing. The restaurant had an adequate buffet. Much cheaper than most buffets in the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. The rooms were clean and roomy. The cost was very good. I booked these rooms on Booking.com and they cost me $112.00 per night per room. There was nothing else comparable in the Inner Harbor close to that price.
Cons: I stayed three night and the parking cost me $84.00 for that time period. I thought that was exorbitant. Everything was fine.
The Days Inn Inner Harbor is located in the heart of downtown Baltimores exciting Inner Harbor. Cons: Disappointed/shocked with the hotel upkeep. Specifically, the 5th floor hallway carpet along the entire length. The Westin is known for having a high standard in cleanliness and appearance.
I plan to contact cooperate and send pictures.
Pros: Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to Arundel Mills, Baltimore and D.C. I had a great time.
Pros: Staff was incredible
Cons: Elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where we were staying
Pros: I loved the bartender at the hotel bar who closed both Friday and Saturday night. She was very guest oriented. There was also a maintenance man who was very helpful on Sunday morning. The staff was great!!!
Cons: There were kids running around the hotel
All hours...they were loud and tracking water all over the lobby since they were running from the pool and then into the lobby and then back to the pool. Develop a system to let guests know if large groups of kids are staying at the hotel.
Pros: The bed was super comfortable! Loved the indoor pool + hot tub!
Cons: When I booked the hotel it stated, high speed WiFi and complimentary breakfast. NOPE!!!!! You have to pay $12.49 for the WiFi and we thought the breakfast was COMPLIMENTARY but half was through eating and nice lady put a $39 bill on our table. I asked the reception "that I thought the breakfast was complimentary" they told me that only when you upgrade your room when booking it's free. Well don't be fooled because I was. My conformation says complimentary breakfast, but they told me my room did not come with it! The only reason I booked this hotel was it had great reviews and the WiFi and free breakfast. Let's just say lesson learned and I won't be returning!! If WiFi and free breakfast is a want like it was for me, this hotel is not for you!
Pros: Everything about the hotel met expectations and the price was reasonable.
Cons: The restaurant and bar are best avoided. Overpriced and poor service.
Pros: Very cleanrooms, nice pool and gym facilities. Bartender using hands in condiments after blowing nose and eating a sandwich. Server in restaurant used hand too. Very gross!
Cons: Pool area large indoor, nice area.
Pros: The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. Very good food in the restaurant. The availability of the shuttle to take people to and from the airport or to the metro stop was a big plus.

Pros: Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful I actually came back the following week
Pros: I do enjoy the staff the does work there. I have been going to this hotel for about 6 months now. They treat me well and always helping me when I need the additional help.
Cons: The TVs a glitchy. It charged me a movie I did not order. Stains were horrible on the floors. It was one of the worse looking rooms that I have been in in the past 6 months.
Pros: spacious room
Cons: staff was not versed in local amenities - restaurants, liquor, etc. Suggestion: hire locals
Pros: Convenient to the event we had planned for the weekend
Cons: Found a spot on the bed linen. We were given sheets to change our own linen but we were accommodated the next morning...nice manager. Also, hotel needs better cable...IMMEDIATELY!!! No channels for folk who just want to stay in, relax and watch tv.
Pros: I loved the layout of the breakfast, no waiting in long lines because they had the hot entrees pre-made. I loved the variety and selection of the menu. The aesthetics of the property was beautiful, my boyfriend and I loved sitting at the gallery bar.
Pros: The king bed room was spacious and continental breakfast included.
Cons: The indoor pool was like ice cubes it should be heated for customers to enjoy.
Pros: I got locked in the bathroom and had to use my keys to take the lock off of the door

Pros: Staff was excellent as usual
Pros: I like the rooms and the classy look.
Cons: I was Here on business and went outside for a smoke break and in the middle of the night a few black men tried and rob me and I tried to defend myself and I was latterly jumped by a group and there was no one at the hotel that helped me .
I can't believe they would allow such horrible activities and behavior in front of the hotel with no one there willing to help protect their customers.
And than I asked for a security tape to see why and how it all happen and their response was they know nothing.
How can you let such hateful and violent things happen as letting your customers get hurt and no one there to help protect the people who stay at the hotel.
I see the staff and people at the hotel can care less what happens at the hotel or outside their front door.
I can't believed they had the nerves to tell me I'm still being charged for the room for 3 days after the same night I showed up I was in the emergency room till the next morning and they had the nerve to still charge me .
I see the hotel people can care less what happens there as long as they get their money .
How can the hotel let such horrific things happen in their presence and expect for people to feel comfortable renting a room there .
That's the worst experience I've ever endured staying at a hotel.
I was in the emergency room with a broken nose and broken rib cage and no one wanted to help me . They practically just looked the other way.
If that's how hotels operate and let their customers get hurt and possible killed than I will never rent and or be a client for that hotel ever .
Cons: My only complaint is that the computers did not seem to be working in the office area. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
Pros: Excellent Restaurant
Pros: Lobby space, staff, food options all excellent
Cons: Rooms are old but clean with excellent bedding and sheet. 3 star bathrooms but clean. Fine maid service.
Pros: Upon check in, Ashlie greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of. Our West Point cadet was to meet us and she saw to it that he would not have to sleep on the ground as wel were previously told by front desk when I previously called. A big hug to Ashlie for being so kind and making our stay very comfortable and easy.
Pros: Valet service for 30 a day was best option for parking and staff was prompt.
Cons: The furniture was ripped. Down comforter was ripped. Bottom of toilet was dirty. Room was by an alley so was a nosey Monday morning with trash pick up. No need for a Wakeup call that's for sure. And could smell exhaust fumes in room that morning as well.
Pros: Good, central location
Rooms were comfortable and well equipped
Bed was comfy
Staff was friendly
Cons: Noisy street, could hear sirens all night long
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable hotel, staff was very accommodating and kind, good location
Pros: Attended a wedding held here at the hotel, that was great and held in the ballroom with cocktail hour on the mezzanine level, a beautiful setting indeed! Room was fine with a comfortable bed, location to the Inner harbor and Convention Center is excellent.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Pros: I liked that we could get place to place with no problems in our car. But it wasn't anything too special.
Cons: I didn't like the rude valet people
I didn't like the bed or the room
I didn't like that they came in our room without asking did we want it to be cleaned.
I would have rather stayed at The Ebassy Sweets in Baltimore I could have splurged and gave them that extra $100 and would have had a better nights rest.
Also I didn't like that you could hear the street people yelling outside of room 1018. Over all I would not stay here again. THIS IS A ONE NIGHT AND KEEP IT MOVING TYPE OF HOTEL!

Cons: Distance from elevator to rooms is excessive.
Pros: Great location! Welcoming and very helpful staff! Large & Clean room. Will definitely stay again.
Cons: Can't say anything bad about our stay.
Cons: Ok. Busy weekend. Crowded elevators and lobby.
Pros: Nice hotel in a great location - easy access to the inner harbor!
Pros: Location was perfect
We needed a new remote control for tv and staff ca,e up immediately.
All staff was by friendly
Cons: Our room desperately needs new mattresses. 11018 as soon as you walked in you could tell because of the lumps. Everything else was wonderful.
Pros: Clean rooms. Accomodating staff. Let me check in early.
Cons: After paying over 300 hundred a night, they ofer you a view upgrade for an extra 40 a night, which is fine is a beautiful view of the harbor, but you have to pay an extra 30 dollars a day to park your car. And when I ask the offer me the internet for free but since the person that checked me in was not there they tried to backed out of it saying that there was no way they could give it to me for free because it was 15 more a day. The people at front desk were very, very rude. Except when you are checking in and they are trying to sell you something.
Pros: The view in the room, the room's cleanliness; the design, the staff , the convenience re :parking
Pros: The location was great. Across the street from the harbor. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons: The pool was too cold for swimming, which was very disappointing for my two young children.
Pros: Earlier reviewer stated lack of breakfast in area - Reisterstown diner on 140 is the place to go (5 mins away!)
Cons: Pillows were too soft
Walls too thin - heard loud talking from room next door at 2AM
Cons: I booked online and then got charged again, when I gave them my card for incidentals. Still waiting to be reimbursed. I was told when I realized it that it was only a hold. After 5 days it posted. 3 days later I am still waiting for it to be returned. They said it should be back by tomorrow at the latest. Probably an honest mistake but a bit of a pain.
Pros: I rated too low by accident. I really meant 4 stars. The beds and pillows were awesome. Pool looked inviting even though we didn't swim. Room was nice and clean. Liked the fridge and microwave concept. Didn't use but would have if we would have stayed longer. Treadmill was nice and smooth.
Cons: No breakfast bar. For the price, a breakfast bar would have rated our stay a five star. A fan in the bathroom so it wouldn't steam up would have been nice too.
