My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Plantation Florida was quite a pleasant experience.Simone at the front desk was very courteous and professional...as well as the other staff members in general.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking clean and comfortable accommodation.

Looks IHG has to be more aware of old hotels buildings and the need to remodel specially critical items like elevators. cleanup staff training and food quality offered. In the whole stay, not a single day the maid left fresh towels, had to call front desk to get'em every day. Pros (+) It’s a Holiday Inn. It’s nothing fancy but the value for the money is fine. It’s not far from Hollywood Beach and Ft. Lauderdale and much cheaper than staying there direct.
Cons (-) For South Florida the AC in the room was mediocre at best.

Cons (-) Everything. Because of this, I will not ever be using either Kayak or staying at a Holiday Inn. Concerts were cancelled, but rescheduled for Feb. 27th. Instead of working with me, both Kayak and Holiday Inn refused to budge. I have made my new reservation directly with Hyatt.
