Very nice hotel by the beach with all the ammenities needed for good vaccation. Exceptionally good price in low seasone without any additional cost for parking, internet. Close to Thesaloniki (50 km). No any complaint about it.
The Location. There are no signs to the hotel, making it really hard to find. The only one was covered by dozens of cars. It would be nice if the staff was equally as polite to Greek visitors as it was to foreign travelers. Additionally, regarding the non-Greek staff, a wonderful idea would be to learn Greek. Remarkably overpriced lunch and dinner e.g. 2.50 euros for a bottle of water. All in all definitely not worth the 5-star grading.
hotel has 5 stars but it's not comfort, service and feeling of 5 star hotel. our fridge was empty all the time, first two days it wasn't working. we asked sea view and we got room categorized as see view but there wasn't sea. prices of hotel accommodation and hotel bars are too high for what is offering. light in bathroom did not work...
The hotel was fine but the service was excellent. The buffet food was very good. The room is adequate but not 5 star
everythin, becah, facilities, restaurantes (food), services only thing, because we had bad weather, because of child we must use indoor swiming pool - I didtn like because they dont accept children in pool after 12.00
overall very good service, friendly staff the beds were very hard
excellent location, on the beach (rocky thought, but with a sandy beach less than 5minutes walk), room is quite big, with great sea view balcony
I especially liked the proximity to the beach and cleanliness of rooms.
The landscape The breakfast
Good location, good value for money. They could improve the directions to get to the hotel, it's a bit tricky to find and we had to ask around.
Cousy hotel at the end of a peasfull bay, little private beach and little nice garden with olive and pomegranate trees. Friendly and helpful personnel. For tree persons a room was a bit small.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating (cleaning the rooms daily), the location is great (at the end of a beach and during September, a nearly empty one at that!), and the place itself is just super despite its small size--a great terrace with equally great views for breakfast, olive trees all around, and free beach chairs. Oh, and they have a cool stone barbecue grill area under a pine tree that we used one evening, and really enjoyed. The room--a superior studio--was large enough and they provided us with a crib and wash tub for our baby daughter. Great view for sunsets and the beach from our balcony as well. Bathroom is small, and the kitchenette area pretty small as well with few amenities, so bring some things if you know you'll want them and aren't sure they'll be there. Eg, a cutting board, bowls for cereal, a good skillet and spatula, etc. Our bed was a little broken, but we took rigged it and let them know, so I presume they'll fix it soon enough. Otherwise it was a long double bed (good for someone like myself who's 192cm!). Oh, and not their fault, but there are mosquitoes in the evening so keep covered or put on spray, and keep the balcony doors closed so they don't get inside to nip at you while you sleep!
the garden and the beautiful sea view very small bathrooms
The hotel is placed on very beatuful plase with amazing view. The bed was noisy.
Very nice staff, everything was ok with our stay. I chose it because ot pet acceptance. There is no internet connection as described
the sea On booking was market as internet free, however is not true, you have to pay in order to access internet, so big disappointment!!! Also same food every day at breakfast, that's why we did not even try dinner. For umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach you have to pay 5 euro/day...this should be free considering we payed 95 euro/night...in Turkey this is free, so they should learn from Turkey's tourism a lot...
Fantastic location, good weather, excellent service and delicius food All was ok
Everything was perfect. The hotel is a perfectly renovated old country inn, full of antique furniture, but complete with all the modern utilities. The owner, Vassilis, is keen on keeping traditions alive. We received lots of info about the Halkidiki peninsula from Vassilis.
It is a perfect hotel for holiday, we were feeling like home. If you like to be in contakt with spirit place, tradition, saund and smell of nature, delicious and fresh home-cooked food...this is right place. Privilege is familiarize owners who is designed and built the hotel, because he built Viraggas - Whirlpool of positive minds, feeling good and love. It is difficult to leave this place!
beauty of the land, at the sea but not at the sea, the hotel in an interesting project, uniqueness - in this area -, comfort.
We like the personal attention given to us by the hotel owners (Vasilis and Lena), the time they devoted to orient us in the area, their recomendations for dining and beach and mountain tours. We like the village and the area itself. It is not on the beach, but much calmer and cool in the night. The hotel is four star and provides comfort, nice surroundings and type of gurme services you can enjoy.... it is suitably situated close to small mountain stream and next to a small forest covered hill...insulated from noisy enviroment tipical for beach resiorts and very close to the nature.
This is not a hotel, is a home!
Excelent place for getting rest of city life
