The hotel is very nice, and the grounds are gorgeous. The staff is very friendly.
The staff needs to communicate better; guests shouldn't have to ask for water and tea. I should have been told the internet wasn't working. The water filter wasn't working, and the water I was served tasted awful. I didn't realize until later that there was a water cooler outside the office. My very spartan room on the first floor flooded because of a rainstorm, so I had to change rooms at 10 pm. The second room, on the second floor, was very nice, but the bathroom had a trickle of water in the sink and no shower curtain, so the water went all over the floor. Several of the problems, including the storm, were outside the staff's control; nonetheless, they did not seem at all prepared to handle either unexpected events or everyday hospitality. I asked for a discount and was given $20; this in no way made up for the many inconveniences I experienced.
The hosts a d the property
I couldn't find the property at first.
it was supposed to be inclisive wit breakfast lunch and dinner they charged me for lunch the pool was disgusting i was supposed to have a queen size bed it was a twin size so after 1 day we moved to another hotel they chatged us for 2 days and told you we stayed one day it was the worst exoerience of my life
We were staying at the hotel during an agitated period in Pap and I was a little bit nervous about my stay. We made a reservation at the eucalyptus because it was really close from the airport. In fact it is really close, but it is also really quiet. The place is a little heaven. The pool was clean, the employees were really freindly and they always tried to help us. Food is good and there is so much food, you can't be hungry!! I would recommand it to anybody!
When I made the booking, it was said 3 meals included. There is only 2 meals included, but if you want to, they can grab some lunch in the city for you and there is so much food that we did not need to ask for a lunch!
Great place to stay. No words.
Can’t say anything wrong.
