Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, port, and beautiful views, as well as the friendly and helpful service from staff and owners. Cleanliness is highlighted in many reviews, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms are also appreciated. However, noise from the nearby road and lack of air conditioning are common complaints, and a few guests mentioned issues with pillows and room temperature.
