Pros (+) We were upgraded to the promenade tower. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Cons (-) If I had been warned about the long distance to walk I would not have taken the upgrade. I have mobility issues and struggle to walk for any length of time.

Pros (+) Stayed the night for a concert. Had not been to mystic in awhile and it was better than I remember! The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean and spacious. Was also surprised at the various food choices on site. They also have a late night cafe which is awesome when you get hungry
