5.0 Okay
Pros: The only thing that was good about the motel was the location! We reserved a 2 queen bed room and recieved a 2 full size bed room. We felt unsafe with all the drug addicts that live there, running around all over the motel! The carpet in the halls had big tips in it, the door to our room had a big hole in both sides of the door and the bathroom door had a hole in it as well! The doors to the outside didn't have locks on them, so anyone could come into the building at anytime if the night or day!! Was just a horrible experience for me and my family, and definitely not worth the money that we spent!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: They allowed you to pay in cash and the deposit wasn't too bad. It was only 30 extra dollars and you will get it back the next day.
Cons: Horrible customer service¡!!!!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: I saw some other reviews that were critical of the cleanliness, but I think they’re mistaking age. The place definitely has some tired furniture and fixtures, but it was clean and everything worked, in my room at least (140). I’ve definitely slept in worse beds. This one was even and had decent support. Given the relatively low price for the area, I think this place was great value for money.
Cons: Although the carpet had clearly been vacuumed, it could probably do with a steam clean, as I did see a few stains near the fridge.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing but the location
Cons: Our room was filthy!!! The pillows did not have a pillow case. Hair was in the walls. Very long hairs in the bathroom. Mirror was filthy. It was the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a typical high carb low protein choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for my purposes in Prior Lake. It was very easy to locate and good access coming and going.
Cons: Can't really change location but I was on the Hwy 13 side of the building. Not only a busy street but a railroad track directly across Hwy 13. Still and all it was reasonably quiet after about 11 p.m. and would not prevent me from staying there again if I was in the area.
7.5 Good
Pros: Did not eat eggs. Had pumpkin spice waffle which to my surprise was tasty! Slept good. We liked the firm mattress. Would of been nice to have elevator. I have bad knee and all ground floor rooms were taken.
Cons: Parking was tight coming in!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was extremely friendly, I got a very good price for a decent room. I had a fridge, microwave and breakfast was included. They also have a pool and hot tub which was very nice. Usually all these amenities cost a lot more money. I was very happy with my stay.
Cons: I have nothing bad I can say about this hotel
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location and breakfast choice was good.
Cons: Worst experience EVER! Confirmed rooms week before and day before. Arrived with team, claimed they called me with wrong number and didn't have enough rooms for us. Also said we hadn't paid in full. Showed them all confirmation info and still issues.
6.8 Good
Cons: The room smelled like mold and mildew.
6.8 Good
Pros: proximity to the wedding I was to attend in Prior Lake
Cons: It was difficult to drag my luggage up a stairway. Unbelievable that there was NOT ELEVATOR!!!!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was fine. Shower was good. The personnel at the desk were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was a mix of good (waffles) and bad (lack of coffee, terrible eggs). The bed was uncomfortable. There was no tissue in the bathroom, There were mold stains on the walls in the bathroom. The internet connection was spotty and cumbersome to log in to. The parking lot was crowded and they had too-narrow striping for parking stalls and the drive was too narrow when cars were parked on both sides.

7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. The pool area was large and inviting
Cons: The beds could have used another blanket. The tub had no drain. The bathroom door was major chipping on the bottom. The TV was tiny. The room seemed so cold and uninviting. No bathroom in the pool area was very odd.

Cons: I was near the exit door which would slam close. Every time someone went through, the noise was very loud in the room.

7.7 Good
Pros: We were 2 minutes away from Canterbury Card Club. For $57 a night we had 2 beds and a full kitchen. Can't beat that!
Cons: Pillow were junk. Definitely bring your own!
6.0 Good
Pros: My room had new carpet and granite counters with a new kitchenette
Cons: The refrigerator was very loud. I had to ask for plates. Silverware, and pots and pans. I had to go buy dish soap and sponges to wash the dishes too. The bathroom was half remodeled. New toilet - but the forgot to put the caps over the bolts on the toilet seat. No hair dryer - had to ask for that too. The shower curtain was 2-3" into the tub so it stuck to you when you showered (I had them come in to move the bar out to the proper location which they did gladly). The tub was resurfaced and had spots where they missed coverage so it looked really bad. I probably would have moved hotels, but with these travel sites, they don't allow refunds/changes to reservations and you pay upfront not at the end of your trip.
6.0 Good
Pros: decent value
3.2 Mediocre
Pros: The man at the front desk was pleasant and helpfull.
Cons: The Hotel was digusting dirty. My room had myself and two young blonde children however, there was mens black hair allover the room, and the tub hadn;t been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet still has reminders of the last guests on the seat etc....etc...
4.8 Okay
Pros: Adequate housing.
Cons: Room had a sofa but was not a bed. Was advertised with a pool. I chose it because I had kids and also needed a place to do school work near. I was disappointed.
