We like the facilities for little kids. Family friendly, you have to walk (but we do not mind) they have 2 trolleys that pass every 6mnts. the personal is nice, it could be nicer the one in reception but they are ok. They help me to prepare the Happy birthday of my grandmother with music and the cake, that was the extra mile :)

Although we've booked the room through booking.com 2.5 months in advance, when we came to the hotel, they did not have our reservation and tried to downgrade us to a cheaper room than what we booked. It took 2 hours and required to talk to hotel manager twice before they actually let us checkin into the room we booked.
